Dear Author, I am totally unable to add any Category ID or any Product ID when I’m configuring the widget. It just shows this message—> “The results could not be loaded”. I have cleared all the cache, deactivate all plugs, but still unable to select any Category ID nor Product ID. Already reached out to support, but got a template answer, and took awhile to get back to me. Was hoping to get a more instructive reply here.

Have you imported your products or categories? or created them manually by yourself?

I have tested it at my end on my test site and working fine for me with the very latest version, it clears that the issue is not because of the theme.

Ok, but the dropdown is at most as big as the menu, it doesn’t cover the entire header space sideways.

Sorry to say that but we have not tested such third-party plugins with our theme officially till now, so we are unable to suggest you on it, you can try with anyone which better meets your requirements.

many thanks for the detailed videos demonstrating the Mega Menu capabilities behind PORTO. We are looking for building a menu similar to this website – https://www.motocard.com/. I guess we can achieve displaying little icons next to each of the categories and sub-categories with Custom CSS, but is there an option to display categories not only in 1 single row with multiple columns, but also built multiple rows? If not is it something you can envisage in the theme development roadmap in the near future?

Yes, you can achieve that little icon using Custom CSS and we have the option in Menu Items to set FontAwesome Icons beside it as well.

Thanks for the reply. Ya my support has been expired but it’s an issue from the theme and if its an issue from my side I can pay and request the support but it’s from the theme. Also if the update is available through Envato market then it is not a problem at all.

Envato Market update plugin already has been removed from the theme for last 3+ years, and you can update the theme by following the above article or simply from Appearance >> Themes, so this is no more the theme issue now.

Unfortunately, there is no separate setting for mobile, it is responsive and it squeezes as the screen size shrinks, so the only possible way is to use Custom CSS in media queries and set it as per your requirements as for screen sizes.

Porto has no option to create tabs for each variation but you can use our attributes description feature to solve your issue.

For that please go to Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Single Product and there enable the option to show description of the selected attribute as shown in this screenshot https://postimg.cc/w7j9Dk8R

It is only with the very first attempt because it works on Ajax and Ajax response time is based on the site speed and server performance, when you click on it, the very first time it loads a bit, and then other times it will not load again, this is the default behavior and sorry to say that but there is no option in our theme to disable it.

I just updated my site and its crashed due to woocommerce. I deactivated woocommerce and the site reloaded. I deleted woo and reinstalled and it still will not activate and causes the site to have a 500 internal server error.

Hello, i would like to update my website to newest version! i have created a duplicate site to do the changes first and do the same on the live site! the problem is with “Porto Theme – Functionality” i can’t download it for my dev site so i cant make the tests… is there a workaround, or do i have to disable the licence and put it under the dev site and then do the oposite??
