Hi, I logged into my website recently and I noticed that the content from the page, is being displayed in the Wordpress Dashboard’s “Publish” sidebar. It doesn’t seem to be causing a problem on the front end, but in the dashboard it’s very inconvenient when I have a page with a lot of content on it as it forces the “Update” button way down to the bottom of the page. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

We know that this issue is caused by a plugin that don’t come with the theme and is called “Duplicate Page”. Can you check if you have that plugin installed on your website?
If so, please remove the plugin and install the “Duplicate Page and Post” plugin instead.

For now you can add the following CSS to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

}
The 0.2 value can be increased (e.g. 0.6) to increased to your own preference.
On mobile (tested on two iPhones) the ‘nav-toggle-mobile-submenu’ div with down arrow does not appear. This occurs on your demo and on my website. I’m talking about these: https://prnt.sc/1hilvow Please advise.
It seems like disabling ‘Enable doubletap touch devices’ helped. Can you confirm? Is there an issue with the theme?

Hi, i updated the theme and now the oembed wp function doesn’t work anymore for youtube integration. It’s the theme because i tried to deactivate all plugins, same issue, and i change to wp default theme, it works with it.

Please make sure you have updated the theme to the latest available version from ThemeForest. Then add the following CSS code to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

Hi, I have the latest theme version. I did what you suggested, and it works for the topheading text. But the .carousel-heading-tag is still has a shadow. If I input .jumbotron.carousel .carousel-heading-tag { text-shadow: none; }, than nothing happens.

Hello, fa icons for the left and right arrows in the slider are not showing correctly (they display a square). Same for the left and right arrows for the testimonial and the arrow icon for “More News”, squares are displayed.
I believe I found the issue. For example with the slider, the i class=”fas fa-caret-right” should be i class=”fas fa fa-caret-right” for the right arrow icon. And the left arrow i class should be “fa fa-caret-left”. Adding the additional fa looks like it will resolve the issue for all the font awesome arrow icons showing squares for the slider, more news and testimonials.
Can you confirm if this is the case and if so, will there be an update to the theme to fix these issues?

The icon classes from these elements need to be changed according to the selected Font Awesome version within the theme customizer settings. It looks like there is, indeed, something going wrong with displaying the correct class.

The theme update, including these fixes, just went live on ThemeForest. Please update the theme and the “The Landscaper Toolkit” after and the icon issue should be fixed.

Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with the new theme update v2.6. We just recently updated the theme and now the QT: Opening Hours doesn’t show correctly in the front-end.
We have set the (–) as Time Separator and (GESLOTEN) as Closed Text. However, these options do not show in the front-end. In the page element and footer widget it just shows blank. It is also not hidden by CSS, it is just simply not rendered by the theme. The options just simply aren’t loaded on the front-end.
This issue happened after updating the theme, which makes me believe there is an error in the theme or The Landscaper Toolkit plugin.
If needed I can provide website login credentials.

Please make sure all plugins are updated to their latest version (including the The Landscaper Toolkit).
The best is to remove all the details from each “QT: Opening Hour” widget so all are empty and then add your opening hours to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Opening Hours & Translation.

The recent update fixes the mobile menu but on iPhone, the menu appears briefly by pushing down the content and then goes under the built in slider and content. The Z-index seems to be off or something. Is there a fix coming?

After the recent update our site is not showing the logo or any Fa Fa icons at all. See here: https://patriziolandscaping.com/ All plugins are updated, including Advanced fields pro and the toolkit You can see the missing arrows in the slider. Also the logo is there if you inspect element, it just doesnt show anymore after the update along with the fa fa icons on the slider and the bottom section in client testimonials.

Will this theme support any payment gateway?

By default the only payment gateway that can be used is from the WooCommerce plugin. Additionally you can install add-on plugins for WooCommerce that extend the payment gateway options.

I purchased this theme some time ago and I just started using it. I am struggling with an issue where the hope page is redirecting to the gallery page for no obvious reason. I tried to submit to support but it’s asking me to pay $41.13 to renew support. I’ve never used the theme before and I’d like to get help. We will update the theme including ACF PRO version 5.9.3 very soon. The latest version of this plugin only contain two small bug fixes for functionalities (not any critical) that are not used in the theme so there is no direct need to update this plugin.

Hi, thank you for quick response. It would be awesome if you clould provide a way to update plugins faster. If a critical security isse occurs for example.
Maybe a Dropbox Folder in Theme files or something?
We will always keep track of the changelog and if an update contain any critical bug fix we will update the theme including the latest plugin version directly, but I do understand your thoughts.
Because the plugin is a premium plugin from a 3th party developer we are only allowed to bundle it with the theme files. But you got me thinking and I will do some research about alternative ways of providing the updates

We cant edit any page after latest wordpress update. It can be edited when disabling the plugin “Page Builder by SiteOrigin”.

- Advanced Custom Fields PRO

I can’t update Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin. Whenever I try to update, it says “The plugin is at the latest version”. But the plugin is still Version 5.4.2 (Latest is 5.9.1).

Before you can update those plugins you need to update the theme to the latest version (v2.3.4)
In this article you can follow the steps to update the theme.
Theme is updated, it is version 2.3.4
Strange, you should be able to update the Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin under the “Plugins” tab now.
If that don’t work please deactivate and delete this Advanced Custom Fields PRO plugin from your website and re-install the latest version under Appearance -> Install Plugins.
