You can add multiple buttons in the “available now on” section. See here: https://d.pr/i/y9Gcpp But if you are talking about the button on each track track, no only one button is possible per track.

My site is displaying short code and giving me several error messages. My hosting provider has told me that the issue is with the theme. The error is with the Croma Music plugin and the Croma Iron Setup Theme. Are others contacting you with these errors? How can this be resolved? I have not made any recent changes to the site. It just stopped working.

I do not have access to the admin portal unless I manually disable all plugins. With the plugins disabled I access the portal and try to enable the theme. However, the theme is unable to update. Seems like the theme just stopped working… Is this a problem others are having?

Ok, I think I was able to get the issue resolved. I had used a BlueHost plugin to create a staging area. It must not have totally isolated the two templates and eventually it broke the live Croma site.
Will creating a staging.SiteName.com staging area completely isolate me from the SiteName.com site?
Hi, That depends if you are using a wordpress network or two different wordpress application. You should ask to your webhost provider.

My support has expired and I have a problem regarding the single album pages on mobile. The album covers’ height is larger than the width, all of them, and I can’t seem to fix it.

Hi there, The single album page has this issue since WP 5.9. A new theme release will be available soon to fix this. Until than, you can fix this if you go to wp-admin>croma>custom css/js And if you add this custom css code:

Reporting a bug on Chroma. When header menu is in push mode, the hotlinks don’t work properly. The option to disable “hide when scrolling” doesn’t work. Hotlinks become hidden even when this is disabled. Also when scrolling down the page, opening the push-menu and then closing the menu, the hotlinks are flashing on the screen while menu is closing. I used LowTempo demo template as a starting point and switched to push-menu. You can see all this happen on my site www.ollialexander.com. I made no changes to the demo template despite choosing push-menu, and this started happen immediately.
Also hoping you could add tiktok icon into the hotlinks. It’s basic stuff missing nowadays.

You right, the hide on scroll option is deprecated. We dont know yet if we will remove the option or redo it. But if you are telling me this option is important for you, we will consider to fix it. About the flashing hotlinks issue. This will be fixed in the next theme update. I can fix your theme right now if you still have access to our support. Updating the fontawesome library is also part of our roadmap.

Thank you for the response! That’s great to hear, looking forward to the updates. Thankfully this is still minor stuff so I can wait for updates. Also I have one more bug to mention. I don’t know if this is only with the push-menu again and if it has to do with the imported LowTempo demo also, but none of the changes to menu typography have effect for me. Font, fontsize, aligment etc. Also margin has no effect. I tried emptying my browser cache before testing results, that also didn’t help.

We will be able to help you with the tiktok icon, but we have disable the video background on mobile and we are not planning to enable it. It is a good way to save data for mobile users. Video background is a bit heavy and not requried for people who pay for data download.

Hello! In the “Menu Options”, last sections “Hot links”, I would like to have also tiktok with the proper icon which is not among the available font awesome icons.
However, right above them, there’s this line “The icons provided below are free to use custom icons from the Font Awesome icons” with a link to the official icons page which contains also the tiktok one. Is there any chance this can be updated so that I can use it? Thank you

Hello, I have a strange issue where I can not create a video page that has the URL mywebsite.com/videos there appears to be a video archive page that is set to list and it exists somewhere but is not visible on the backend of wordpress and not editable/able to be deleted. So everytime I try to create a /video page is makes it /videos-2/

Hi, The “videos” slug name is dedicated to the video post native archive page. You cant created a new page with this exact slug name. You have to use another slug as “my-videos”, “videos”, “Media”. Or you can also create a parent page as “medias” (domainName.com/medias/videos).

HI I have just updated this theme to the latest version… only now none of the youtube video links i had on the site before updating work now and many icons do not display at the foot of the site.
Please advise. I don’t concider this as support as the NEW version of your theme should not take away functionality from buyers it should give them more functionality.
I’ve tried basic you tube links, embeded html…. nothing works any longer and the client can no longer display any of his own youtube videos on his site.
What is causing this?

Hi, I can’t seem to be able to reproduce the issue on my end. Do you have same issue with our theme demo online?
You are the only user to seem to have reported this issue so perhaps it’s an isolated issue with your current setup. I could invest and check what’s wrong and fix the issue for your site but I’ll need to investigate on this and you will have to create a support ticket so we can take a closer look at your site. An active support license is required in this case.

No I’m not going to be extorted $45 for something that is supposed to work right out of the box.
I bought this site a few years ago now i gant you BUT…issues have only started since using the new versin of the theme and it’s plugins.
After uploading a brand new / latest version of the theme and updating this the plugins and PHP to version then updating the PHP version used to version 7.4
I can see the following error / issue when i login to wordpress. ( cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: github-api-cache.unyson.io )
Ohh… aslo if you look at the LIVE site

As you can see this is 5 years outof date and not what is on the site NOW !

I’ve used 4 different browsers, turned on and off site cache, Cleared all browser caches, Cleared down Windows 10 DNS ( ipconfig /flushdns )
and so on to find no diffrence. On top of this many icons fail to load now that were all loading before using your most up to date version of your theme.
What going on here… unless i type the following a simply can’t see an upto date live version of the site on the LIVE or staging areas.

The site looks exactly like this https://tinyurl.com/yzgy8r4z on my device. I have tested on three different browsers. Of course, I was not able to logged in to see the missing posts issue, but social icons was there. For now, you are the only customer to report this issue.
My first advice, is to go to wp-admin>appearance>install plugins, and update all required plugin update. Maybe one of them, as the croma-music plugin need to be updated.
My second advice is to disable all third part plugins to see if issues persists. Maybe one of them cause some issues.
If you still need our assistance, please open a support ticket. We understand this is annoying to spend more money, but you also need to understand our side. We cant support all customers for life. We have to much users. We are still working for you to make Croma compatible with latest wordpress, php, woocommerce, wpbakery, essential grid and and so many others plugins versions but if you need our assistance you have to extend the support. As I mentioned before, you are the only customer to report this. I hope you understand.
If you really dont want to extend the support, you still can rollback a backup from your site with the old croma version.
