How can i remove this default notification? ................................. “Need help getting started? Call (877) 777-7777” ................................. That’s the default text found in the user dashboard when you try to purchase as Ad. Its found to the bottom right of the page, below checkout total.

You don’t need to pay to join the Facebook Group as mentioned in the article.

Why hasnt anyone approved my request to join the Facebook group?

I have this theme. All of a sudden when i try adding a listing and click Preview, it keeps going back to creating a listing. My support has expired and i cannot pay to renew, so am i left with theme to go crazy?

Nevermind. I was able to solve the issue.

I would like to build a directory, where end users can publish requests for quotes, and only companies in the directory can read and reply to quotes. is this possible with your plugins?

Can I add a payment method from my country Algeria? the method is transfer by ccp post if the answer is yes how can i add this method? Thank you

Hi, for some reason this theme is running incredibly slow, to the point where it isn’t even usable. I’ve installed this on a standard Ubuntu Lightsail WP server, of which I’ve created many and never had any issues with speed:

Hi, for some completely unknown reason the theme appears to be trying to serve base64 images instead of static url images, and the file names are becoming so long they’re messing with the server (I have a php error log file completely full of requests for these ridiculous files) – is there anyway to turn off this functionality? I don’t want it, never wanted it and it’s now cost me a days work to try and figure out how to turn it off, to absolutely no avail. I have screenshots if that helps, I just want to get this sorted so I can move on and away from this theme at this point. Any help is greatly appreciated

I’m having some issues with the search box. Whenever I search for a location and click one of the suburb/city suggestions from Google, I always get ‘No Results’ for the Listing Archive page even when there are multiple listings in the same area.

hello,

pre-sales questions:

1) is there expired date for items? if its expired, can users make relisting free or paid subscribe membership? for example one time free, three times for basic package, 5 times for gold package.

2) free memberships can not upload any photos to items, can I make limit default users for upload item photos?

3) any membership package can boost the items to top on the item list for 3-5 days. and free membership does not allow, limited.

4) can users show their items to carousel on homepage with advertising. for example: pay 10 euro daily for sending the item to carousel homepage or any list on the homepage?

Hi Natyra,

I didnt see `relisting` on your document.

and also I asked you about item featured photo, but the document says it is effecting only gallery photos. so there is no way to limited for featured photo for free users.

It will be interesting to have an automatic email to remind customers that they have a pending listing because it is not paid after some time.

You should also give the possibility to exclude some admin emails from being sent, ex: “New User Registration” and “New listing has been submitted”.

Hi all, we are having an issue in where the customers of our directory cannot upload images when editing there listing. It works when signing up but not once they have signed up and goto edit.

I know my support has run out and I will renew if need be, but we did also spend money on custom work so hoping this is and easy fix.

I have a need to allow my users to create their own time slots. For example I have a class that runs on mondays from 2-3 and Wednesdays from 5-6pm , and can support 20 people – how would I do that? In the demo I see how to set time slot intervals, but how do I set only certain time slots and set how many people can signup for that timeslot? For example, lets say I have a class/tour only on mondays and wednesdays from 1-3 pm and I have room for 20 people? How can I do that? I didnt see options in the demo to do that…

Also is it possioble for the business (user) to see a listing of all the people booked in that timeslot?

How to send mails from Leads Form direct to the email ID in listing instead of sending into the admin/user who add the listing?

Thanks for your reply Natyra, I was on your early customers but I couldn’t use your theme so far…Now the support period is over and my request is join ur FB page not yet approved. So this means once we bought this theme the only solution is to have paid support? NO PUBLIC FORUM OR THEME SUPPORT DOCUMENTS. I have ask you a question which is not in your theme documentation. So how should I solve this issue?
