I do not understand why my license no longer works when I installed it on a single domain which is www.diamondstiick.com, after an update I have a message telling me that the license is no longer valid.
The purchase code is already being used on another domain. Why ?

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3ji1t4n

Hello, I like to buy your theme, but i have a licence issue. I need to install it first on a developpement domain then move it to the live website, is that mean that i will need 2 licences?

No, you can definitely use only 1 license for that, we allow development URLs along with live URL on our licenses, moreover you can always reset your license to install it on another domain, more information about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3ji1t4n

Hi,
I have bought this theme some months ago and I had this theme in 2 websites under same domain but they are subdomains. Everything was working properly until I think you change the policy with licenses and now is one license per domain.
For one thing, my two websites are the same domain but different subdomains, therefore I should be able to use the theme on both sites. Could you configure this to allow the same license to be used on subdomains?.
Respect to this change in license policy, I always agree that the new license use policy applies to new licenses generated and does not affect the previous ones.
Because customers have bought this theme, knowing specific conditions and we have installed this theme on several websites and now we are faced with a problem that suddenly we cannot update the themes because the license inserted now only works for one domain.

I tried to register this licence for the main domain and check if sobdomains is included, but not…
I cannot send you support ticket due expired period…but I think the license should be per domain including subdomains as many licenses policies of another themes or plugins.

1) Nothing in terms of how the licenses can be used has been changed. The terms of licensing have been the same ever since the theme has been sold on Envato/ThemeForest. You can check details on the license here => https://bit.ly/3ji7tdf . The only thing that has changed is the way the product registration is done on theme end
2) You should definitely be able to use the same license if you meet the criteria to do so which can be read here in details => https://bit.ly/3C0rFrq
3) If your subdomain does meet the criteria, then please send us an email to support@theme-fusion.com along with both of your main domain and sub-domain and your purchase code so our team can check and assist you further with this query.

You can simply remove Avada from the old domain (if it’s still used there). And then install on the new domain. As long as the theme is used on a single website, you’re fine. If you need to use Avada on an additional live/production site then a second license is required then.

1) You can add an Avada slider and enable parallax mode in the slider to have the slider fixed and allow the content to scroll over it. You will however need to add the waves in another container and give it negative margins to allow it to overlap
2) You can have the content look very very similar. However there might be changes based on the typography and settings you have in your Avada options
3) These are made using the Events calendar plugin along with Avada. You can add them in a modal popup but you can not add each event separately

Hi ThemeFusion,
It’s been a long time… OK I got my 4th license, and it’s been installed on a sub directory under a domain and we named it /dev to test the multisite options and get it approved by the client.. Now the questions are:
01- We installed our latest license and activated the theme, installed what we need from the bundled plugins, and it’s been configured as a multi-site, yet knowing we won’t use domains not sub-domains.. they will be sub-folders. On the main installation we assigned the theme to network enabled, we changed the logos and it doesn’t reflect on the front end. What I am missing here? I am sure that I am on the right dashboard of the installation and checked the license as well.
02- The main website is a corporation with multiple brands.. their new development and business licenses requires them to separate their brands, and there will be a brand under each folder. Content of course won’t be the same because they are different products. So do we still require additional license for each sub-folder?

Do I need to purchase another license for my sandbox website ? CSS related changes are not working on sandbox domain which is subdomain of my website. Please let me know what are the steps I need to follow. Because I don’t want to make changes direct to live website and want to use the Avada theme changes approved on sandbox domain first. Once QA pass those changes I will make those changes to live with 1 license only.
