We are updated theme to 1.4 and after desactivated and deleted pofo Addons to can update it. But after deleted never show the option to “install plugins”. We are trying delete cache browser and server browser but nothing, don’t show the option.

Now since I have several other POFO websites that will have the exact same problem, please add an explanation to our email thread as to what I need to do to replicate your solution on my other 9 POFO websites.
Surely, it’s simple for you b/c you have the plugin. But where do I find it, so that it is equally as “simple” for me????

Step 1: Update Pofo theme, which you had done already and know how to do. Step 2: Go to Plugins > deactivate Pofo Addons plugin Step 3: Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > update Pofo Addons plugin
OR
Step 1: Update Pofo theme, which you had done already and know how to do. Step 2: Go to Plugins > deactivate and delete Pofo Addons plugin Step 3: Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > Install and activate Pofo Addons plugin
As we have mentioned before Pofo Addons latest version plugin will get downloaded from our online repositery automatically when you will try to install or update it.

Why are we getting lost here?
I did all of what you stated above. I think I wrote that 5 times above
I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the POFO Addons plugin several times
I also, then tried to just update the theme and wait for “your repository to automatically install the addons plugin”, which did not happen as you just described that it should.
Please note: I’ve been using POFO since its creation. And have been using WP Themes for over a decade. I am not new to this and know how to spot when a theme-author has simply made a mistake. If that’s what is happening now. Please admit it and post the solution so we all can move on with our business

Plugins will not update auotmatically after theme update, you need to update plugin manually after theme update as per the steps we have provided above.
This is standard process for almost commercial themes to update theme included plugins and all of our existing users are doing updates without any issues.
You can please follow that for your another website and if that do not work then please send us access details, we will do it for you with screen recording for your reference.

Do not address whether you think I “feel bad”. This is not an emotional support query. It is a Technical Support issue. Now that you have logged in and installed the plugin for me, the problem still continues today. I cleared my web-cache again, logged in and began editing my page. I still get the infinite spinning wheel, when trying to update the page after editing. Note: I am also running on WordPress 5.8.1 and on PHP 7.4.23
I need to be able to edit my website. Since Monday, I have not been able to. It is now Friday, and instead of focusing seriously on addressing my issue, you rather text back and forth all week. This is a waste of my time and yours. Please let’s end this by simply providing my issue focused attention.

And the provided link does not state where the updated plugin is found for people who purchased the theme. Your instructions say that by updating the theme, the plugin update is then automatically available. I have updated the theme via the Envato Market API. Afterward, when I re-install the POFO Addon plugin, it still only provides the old version. As I stated MANY times, I updated the Theme to 1.4 following the instructions. I reinstalled the plugins following your instructions. It did not work.

Ahh we thought you are already using Pofo theme.
Pofo do not have ready section as per above reference, but you can create something like that using image as row background and column with content and padding / margin setting or it may require minor custom css.

That effect is available via Row shortcode in WPBakery page builder, so yes you can enable it in the rows you add via WPBakery in page / post content area, but that cannot be achieved in post / portfolio archive / category pages as those are templates and cannot be edited via WPBakery.

Please note that our system is showing an alert that your one purchase code is used in 3 or more WP websites. As per Envato regular license policy you can use one regular license of theme in one WP site / domain. So please purchase additional licenses to have legal usage of the theme and in case if you have already purchased multiple licenses then please provide us all those purchase codes, so we can update in the system and other support agent do not mention about this alert again.

Those side icons are not the part of theme package but for the demo site purpose only, so users can contact / buy theme from any page of the demo site.
