I have some pre-sales questions:

1. I am selling products instead of services…is there any way I can change all the links referring to services as products?

2. The documentation is not too much in details as given in other themes…Moreover I don’t see any video tutorials on YouTube too…how fast will be the support

3. when we go to any service page, the link goes www.yoursite.com/index.php/services/page name…..what is index.php in between and can it be removed?

4. How can I make common footer for all the website cause it seems services page is different from the main website!!

PS: I tried a GPL version before buying just to test and hence I came to know about these issues. Once I am satisfied, I will buy the license with support.
