hello, first of all thank you for presenting this great theme to us. my problem is the “Only digits” parts on the new property add page. I want to enter interval value for Rooms, Bedrooms, Bathrooms. For example; Rooms: 2-4 / Bedrooms: 1-3 / Bathrooms: 1-2.

How can I add a new field to this field? for example; like the number of balconies.

How can I filter and show properties that do not currently have any properties in them? In the future those cities may have a property in them. For seo purposes I want to have a page for each city. Even if that city currently does not have a property in it.

Your theme provide agencies post type, but we also would like the Search filters based on agencies details like city, category, review ecc. the search results should list the agencies and not the properties. Pre Sale Question: On the Search function, you either have Equal or Greater for bedrooms. Is there a way of making this Equal OR Greater like many other Real Estate websites search. So if I am looking for a 2 bedroom or more, I can use 2 on the search and I can see anything which is 2 or above show on the results page.

Hello, i want to change the functionality of the mortage calculator. Where i can find the calculator files? I already made some changes in the /property-details/partials/mortage-calculator.php but i cant make it work the way i want! I believe its because of the classes you are using in the calulator template. How can i have access in that?

Any recommendation for integration service? I currently use Estatik Real Estate Plugin, unlike IDX Broker, Ihomefinder which servers the properties, this plugin imports all data into my DB directly. I would like to have this theme integrated with that plugin so that the theme calls the properties from DB just as if I manually imported them. Any recommendations on who can perform this service?

When I’m logged as Admin and I send a property widget contact form (Houzez Custom Form) it works OK. But when a non-user sends there’s a “Invalid” label when it is sended. Is there an option to allow all visitors to submit it?

1. is it possible to display additional consent checkboxes (e.g. confirmation of the GTC) in addition to the GDPR consent checkbox in the inquiry form. This is essential according to the applicable case law here.

2. is it possible to display the tags in the listing cards (sale, rental, etc.) in different colors. e.g. purchase object in blue and rental object in green. 3. is it possible to show more/different tags in the listing cards (e.g. rented, sold, etc.)?

4. it is possible to integrate “price on request” instead of an object price. This is especially common for high priced properties here.

5. are the object features always linked on the detail pages or can they be displayed without linking?

6. can an addition be indicated with rent price data depending upon object (e.g. “€ 3500/mo inclusive BK”)

7. can the object images uploaded by the broker software or directly be automatically cropped?

1 Can map features display a radius rather than a direct pin on the location? As we don’t want people to see the exact location of the property, but rather just the general area
