Good afternoon, 1 – I really liked the template, I would like to know if I can change an item in the home page template that shows the “cases”: can I use that same block template to direct to other pages, or are they necessarily linked to registered cases? .
2 – What is the system used to edit the template? I use the element and the bakery. What’s with this template?

We use WP Bakery plugin as content builder. You can move any element from any page how you want. The URLs can be changed to send where you want. All the best.
on your demo and in mobile menu (patients>services) the down arrow opens the submenu but also it goes directly to parent lini (patients). it should only open the submenu!

This may be caused by not tapping right on the arrow. Sometimes, it is possible to tap around the arrow and that may cause the page to open. You can try adding some CSS in the Small Devices CSS and Medium Devices CSS fields at Appearance > Customize > Developer Tools > Custom CSS Code to increase the size of the menu arrow. To adjust an image position you can use the columns options of WP Bakery. You can assign color to text elements in the page with WP Bakery builder, use Individual Page Settings for header elements and some colors are inherited from the Customizer. We can send you a line of CSS from support if you want to change an inherited color just for one page. The class smooth-scroll will break the button only if the link does not send to a section of the same page.

Hello again. Is there a way to edit the positioning of the schedule section/box on the home page? This is the box that overlaps the main slider image. I’d like to have the option to remove the schedule box or add a new section that stretches across the page without it getting hidden underneath the slider image. Thanks!

The Plan your visit box is added in the first row of the homepage demo content. The reason why it overlaps the slider is a custom CSS line in the WP Bakery Custom CSS field in the page. This CSS line adds negative top margin to the content. You can remove the custom CSS by clicking on the gear icon at the top-right corner of the WP Bakery area. Judging from the errors in your page, you did not update for compatibility with WP 5.0+. Please note that the fix is in the xtender plugin, so after updating the theme you need to also update the plugin. All the best.

We have purchased the theme a while ago and it worked well back then. But suddenly the plugin WPBakery Page Builder wont update anymore and is stuck on the version 5.6. We also tried to delete the plugin so the theme can push the newer version. But it didn’t work. Is there some way to get it updated? It keeps giving us messages about security issues.

You can use an auto-update tool for your Envato products, the Envato Market plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ which will help you easy manage all your Envato products. You can also update manually by deactivating and deleting the old theme version and installing the new one available on Theme Forest. All the best.
The theme is on 1.2.4 now. The WPBakery went some versions up. But it is still stuck now at 6.1. The most recent version of the plugin should be at 6.4.1. I also tried to update it manually or with the envato market plugin. It wants to try to update it to 6.4.1 and it even says “removing old plugin” and “installing new version of the plugin” but it keeps getting stuck on 6.1.
Please check the class.plugins.php file of the theme in the framework folder, to make sure the theme is requesting the current versions. Maybe, there is outdated data in this file due to failed updates. If you can’t see anything wrong, please open a ticket on our support platform with WP login info for your dashboard and we will investigate the source of the issue. All the best.
Hello again, I have checked the class.plugins.php and you were right. Pretty much at the top where the arrays of the plugins are defined. the array of the WP Visual Composer was like ‘js_composer’ => array( ‘6.4.1’, ‘ID 1’ ),
But strange as it was, further below the array for the WP Visual Composer was not ‘ID 1’ it was a complete other set of numbers. So I tried to change the number and took the ID 1 from the top and saved the file. It worked. and the plugin went to 6.4.1.
I would recommend for all who had the problem to also check the file.
My last question would be, is that all that I had to do? Are there any othere references that I may need to change for the theme to run smoothly in the future?

Turned on auto-update. WPBakery Page Builder Version 6.0.3 included with the theme download. Version 6.4.1 available. Also went int Appearance>Install Plugins>Update and it says:

It still does not update to the newest version. I’ve submitted a ticket as well. FYI, within the latest theme update, the plugin .zip file that’s included is not the current version.
