Another question, can the reservations made by customers on the front of the page and those made by the admin from the dashboard be synchronized with google calendar?
The Google calendar is a one way sync and Google Calendar sets its own schedule of when to fetch your website bookings. If this a must-have feature you can opt-in to use any booking system you wish. You are not required to use the one we bundle, although it’s a great deal because it’s free with the theme.

We don’t have QR codes generated automatically but that something that you can add manually if you wish.
What would the QR Code be used for?
There may also be an extension for WooCommerce that can be used with this.
Hey, thank you for the response, the QR code will be used to verify the customer’s valid appointment. So when they go to the appointment they can show their QR code that was generated after the reservation was done successfully.
That would be a very cool feature! Booked is the plugin that we bundle and it’s not in there yet but we’ve also been looking at a new plugin that we can send you for free with purchase. I don’t think the new one does QR yet.

Hello there. I love the theme, however we have no need for the booking feature. I managed to hide the calendar, but how can i easily hide all “Book Appointment” buttons everywhere in the theme?
Hi, great to hear. Yes the booking system is all managed in the plugin, Booked, so that can just be deactivated. In terms of the buttons, there isn’t an automated way to hide/remove them. You would just need to go into each page and remove the element, or use CSS to hide.

a) We do not have any update to share with regard to the phone number field addition.
b) Whatsapp reminders are not a built in feature, nor is that something we can provide a solution for. That would be a custom solution. The booking system does however include email reminders with fully customizable emails.

Hi, yes all demos are included It depends what you mean – you can certainly send them a link to the demo to show how it could look, or you could take a screenshot and photoshop in their logo. If you mean you want to use the product before purchasing, we don’t have any way to offer that.
Ok got you. I dont mean to use the product before purchase. I am talking about clients. If i want to preview each category of business like you have on your preview site, can i use the demos as well if i purchase the theme or i can only use one demo at the time?

Is there a way to do a pop-up when the page first loads so I can have a message box/image about current specials and then it disappears when someone clicks off of it? I don’t necessarily want the image to always appear but not a huge deal if it does. Thanks

Pre-Purchase Question: Can multiple accounts be created by several different businesses?
Hi, yes if you like you could create accounts for different businesses – each calendar is separate and can be setup to send notifications to a different email address. It’s worth noting however that all accounts need to be created by an admin. The booking plugin is not setup for site visitors to sign themselves up for an account and open their own calendar.
In the barbershop theme, does the customer have the option of choosing the professional who will serve him? (if the barbershop has 3 or more professionals attending.)
Hi, yes you can have as many different calendars as you like. So you could setup a separate calendar for each barber and have the option to select before chooing the date and time slot.

2. If the answer is “no” to the previous question, how can the different time slot be made available throughout the day for the Salon?

Hi,
How it works in Booked is the time slots are all pre-set. You can set up your time slots to be any amount of time from 5 minutes up to one full day, and time slots can vary in length and can be overlappting but the slots that are set is what is available. Time slot length does not connect with the selected service.

Hi, there are two sections to the booking form- the registration section (filled out just the first time) and booking (filled out every time) – the plugin allows for as many custom fields as you like, but only in the booking section (filled out every time). Hi, sure there are three options:
1) You can re-run the theme setup and select the Coach template which will add that content onto your site. That is under Appearance > Theme Setup.
2) You can reset your site and then re-run the setup if you only want the Coach content – to reset use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/

I know I can change the hover color in the portfolio grid where it says “Hover Background Color” but it doesn’t keep its transparency.
Hi,
If you’re using the standard white header, then for the menu link hover color, you can change it under Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Color > Primary Color.
That color should also change the default hover color on the Portfolio Grid widget. But as you mentioned, you can also override that color from right within the widget itself. There is a transparency bar underneath the color picker: https://cln.sh/78NJD0
