You can’t remove all package type.
For this case: You only need to set a package type and setup it like default, so it will assign default to Vendor and you can hide Package menu in Vendor dashboard.

I need the possibility to once a user has completed an online event, would be possible to generate a PDF certificate which they could download? like this: https://diver4boat.com/cert_demo.pdf
I know I can create the PDF and send it via email, but there are more than 100 each with a different participant name per event. It would help a lot if it could be automatic, just like tickets are. The idea is not to send the PDF by email, it would be better to send a link to open the certificate online.

For offline events and conferences, we use a checkin/checkout app. I think something like that could be a solution. Another way is telling everyone a code at the beginning and the end of each day of the event. After the event, I would request the codes for each day to release the certificates.

If you use our App for checkin, i think you can customize code for sending email to customer.
If you use other system for checkin/checkout, I think you have to adding code to change ticket status in your site then adding code for sending email.
