I tried to install it on OC 3.0.3.8, installation was successful but now I can not log into admin because I get a message I need skin. I cant import skin because your theme disabled my admin. How do temporarily disable your theme to log into admin??
Hi, that message is received in frontend if you have not imported a skin, admin should work fine.

I can not create a ticket because my support expired. But I do have the same white screen on the back end. There is no login page even though site says xx.com/admin. I get “No Skins Found” so there is no way to log into backend. Is there a quick way to disable your theme so I can login??
NO worries, I just reinstalled all of it all over again and its fine now. BTW, how to submit a ticket when my support expired?
Just renew your support here on Themeforest. Or you can buy a new license to have for a different store in the future as that comes with 6 months support included, which you can use for all licenses you own.

Basically just access the admin of your desired demo and look at how the various layouts are set up in Journal > Layouts > ... and recreate the same modules and styles on your end.

Hello! I have a site rustedpieces.ru with opencart 2.1 and journall 2.. and all work fine. But I want to put the Journal 3 on the test site (test.rustedpieces.ru) and then transfer it to the main domain. After importing the skin, I get this error:

Hello DigitalAtelier, I always find it soothing, when claims matches reality, indeed your theme is a pleasure for opencart, I have an inquiry, I would like to add custom pages such as; multiple land pages, contact forms and various other purposes. I’m able to manually add custom pages to opencart default theme, is there a way that I could embed the newly created custom pages into Journal, hence in a similar manner to information, about us…etc pages. Also is there an extension that I could implement to make adding custom pages swifter, please advice.

“Replace Add to Cart with Out of Stock status option” is not working, it just replaces the text from “Add to Cart” to “Out of Stock” but the bottom is still clickable and adds to the cart. you should make it frozen button with “out of stock” status

Regarding AWS, that’s not something we can assist with, you should consult with your developer or current hosting provider. As far as Journal is concerned you can back up your entire store, export it, then import it into the new server environment.

Okay, thanks but how to turn off this? What about if I’d not like to have multiple versions of the files because of the huge volume of the inodes on the server. There is no sense to have 20 versions of 1 file. I got more than 5k products in my store, an average of 4 photos per product… It’s around 20k images and it’s okay for my hosting but not if 1 photo has 20 cache resized versions. So all cache image resized versions are around 200k. So if we got a big store, we cannot use the theme? It’s not fair enough, isn’t it? I have 2 questions after all: 1) Is there a way to turn off image resizing and stop this cache? 2) If YES, how this will affect the store? The loading will be a little bit slower or? Thanks.
What you’re saying has nothing to do with the theme, this is how Opencart (or any other) system works. You have one initial large product image – but that product requires different image dimensions for the different places it shows up, like the product listing, product page main image, smaller cart image, etc. So one product needs multiple different dimensions. Otherwise you would use the same big image everywhere, for example the little product image from the cart page would make no sense to display the original 1000px or more pixels when it can be resized to 100px.
So the system provides you with several image dimensions options so that images are appropriately sized for each situation.

Yes, I got the theme but purchased from another profile for Business. This one is my private. I have wrote a lot of comments here and talk with you many times. I found the settings in the Skin section. Thanks a lot. 
Sorry. And one additional thing regarding this awesome template. I have problems with my hosting company because of the large volume of Inodes. The theme makes a lot of img versions with different sizes. The cashe of the images is huge. I reach inodes limites every day (270 000) and use the bigest hosting plan in the company. Is there a way to control the cashe because in the settings didn’t see anything about the image files and control their cache? I use OC 2.3.0.2 and Journal 3.0.26. Thanks a lot dear team.
Images are resized in multiple dimensions depending on how you have setup them in settings, it also depends on how much store data and images you have.

You just have to use the account that made the purchase to post these comments, so that it shows “Purchased” next to your username.
Hi I have just come back to journal after a little time away, I started using it again but what I find strange is the behaviour of the main menu when the browser size reduces. After a certain point the main menu displays the custom menu in the mobile header. Wouldn’t it be great if we could also do the same for the main menu…after a certain point have it display the main menu from the mobile header? Why is this useful? Well how about being able to display links such as login, wishlist, compare and others that don’t have space on the page on smaller non-mobile displays.

Hello, payment logos (images) on footer seems perfect with 1920×1080 but with display resulation 1366×768 looks bigger. Is that possiable to fix it to exacly image size? I mean with any resulation image size will not change should be single line same as here: https://prnt.sc/1wrcxrs (1920×1080)

Hi, it depends on how you’ve set up that module. If it’s an Icons Menu module check the Items per Row option within that module.
