Does the Os 2.0 version still support filter by tag? Thanks

Awesome, ive tried setting it up now, however it appears to be somewhat different from the old version. is it no longer possible to filter both by variant options (size and color) aswell as tags at the same time? this was possible pre os 2.0. having to add all the sizes/colors as tags as a workaround isnt exactly ideal as they wont auto update according to stock. Thanks

Yes you can only choose one of them to display. it not allowed mixing between those two filter types

Oh really? One of the main reasons we decided to switch from our previous theme to kalles is the fact that our old theme only supported filtering by tags. Where kalles could do both. it’s a real problem if this can no longer be done on the new os as the new os has a lot of important new features. Is there really nothing that can be done regarding this issue? How come it was possible on the old os but not on the new one? is it impossible to implement similar functionality?

In today’s updated version, can I add custom content under the Collection page? Just like magento, it can customize the text content at the bottom of the “category”.

Hello, i just bought the theme. however i was under the impression i was buying a 2.0 ready version of the theme, as 2.0 is listed on your main page (this is misleading as the 2.0 version isnt public yet). Are updates to 2.0 version included with this purchase?. if not i would like to request a refund so that i can buy correct version instead. i really hope we can find a solution, Thanks.

I want to set the products title for example: 30 Character then the remaining characters should be shown as three dots like : Wooden Mobile Cases…

In the product page it could be shown the entire product title .

I tried setting up the pre-order form but the button is not showing in the product page. I followed the instruction on the documentation using the transfer feature. But for some reason, no button comes out.

And I notice that if there are variants, the order button does not show too.

Hi, is it possible to change the font in the dropdown menu? and is it possible to change your Home demo screen, without having to change the entire json?

Navigation font settings option will apply to menu. If you want to change demo without change the setting_data.json file then you will have to do it manually. Thank you!

I’ve been sending several tickets to the4 support portal, and no one responds. only once have I had a response. I need help with something and I’m quite disappointed with the lack of communication.

As since move over to this theme I’m now noticing shopify telling me customers can’t find certain things they search for mainly collections. Also when search results show, is it just by name or is it also by product tags also, thanks

Hi, this is Shopify’s limitation for the theme so the search works by default, you can search by product name or search by product type. I would recommend you to find 3rd search& filter app that meets your needs. This one is good app (https://apps.shopify.com/flash-search). Thank you!
