https://pofo.themezaa.com/ – This demo contains button in the header and it was added via sidebar feature available in the header.

Mini header or topbar – Yes this feature is available to enable mini header at top and there you can add your content via sidebars. But that is general option for overall website pages, so it is not enabled in the demo site.

Yes of course Elementor have lots of customisation options and possibilities, may be more than WPBakery.

Again, you are trying to place the blame on me for this discussion being too long and for being uncooperative. It is too late for me to provide access to that site because as I told you, my technical problem was “Time-Sensitive” and extremely urgent. Therefore, once your team could not focus on my query after a whole week, I was forced to create a new site on a new platform.

So then, why am I still writing about this problem?? Because I have 10 POFO licenses! And I want you all to explain the problem so that I won’t run into it while building a new website with another license.

Pofo Addons plugin is hosted on our server, so whenever you deactivate, delete Pofo Addons and try to install Pofo Addons again then it will download Pofo Addons plugin (same version as installed Pofo theme version) from our server and get installed.

Our technical team have replied your emails and asked for your website working admin access but they have never received it, so it is difficult for them to help you.

It’s not true that tech team “never received it”. They in fact, did receive it and when they logged in they emailed me saying they installed the plugin. After explaining that I have 9 other POFO licenses and need the explanation for what the problem is so that I can effectively avert the problem for my other POFO sites, that query was never answered. You keep carrying on as if there’s no error with the update, when in truth there is.

Yes right you have given access, it worked and they have installed Pofo Addons for you. Thereafter you again raised query and our team have tried to login but it was not working. Instead of this much discussion please provide them working access and they will check it for you. They are already replying your emails and communicating with you, so please co-operate with them and get it solved.

Hi as per other people here, when updating to pofo 1.4 the bundled plugins cannot be updated as well. They used to work fine but when I go to apearance > install plugins and try to install Pofo Addons or WPBakery Page Builder I just get the error message “Update package not available.” I have tried 4 times and weirdly on the 4th attempt the package is now installing. Worth checking that the files are where they should be and don’t ever get moved??

Ahh it only worked for pofo Addons. WPBakery Page Builder still not updating and error message is:”To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?”
