​Hi there, I launched my new website using your excellent theme a couple of weeks ago, however Google have crawled the site and flagged some mobile usability issues which is a surprise as I thought your responsive css worked really well.

The key areas are:

- Text too small to read - Clickable elements too close together ​​- Content wider than screen​

Hei,

after update to latest theme version i got this error:

Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: function(a) { return this.filter(function(i) {return a.indexOf(i) < 0;}); }:not(.prepared)

at HTMLDocument.trx_addons_ready_actions (trx_addons.front.js:680)

Error is present even I don’t use menu cache because using wpml.

I have updated to the new version of the theme released a few days ago, but since doing so, the page numbers in the shop have gone, so I can’t move to the next page of products when viewing categories etc.

I have a pre sale question. i looked at the theme and we like it but i wanted to know if the options like “Make, Year, Model” can be removed or made to show as a text not a select option..

The reason is we are using to sell heavy machinery like excavators and customers won’t be required to select model, year or make on a product

one question please. At my blog main page there is empty <title>, it shows only the website name, and i have no description on the blog main page. How can i add a title which is the page name and the description i have added with Yoast?

Thanks and sorry, the site is in maintenance and official published in some weeks.

I tested it with the settings at the WP Backend. If i choose Settings > Reading > Staty Post page > My Blogpage name … I see at the frontend the normal excerpt blog site with correct <title>. But then i can´t switch to the blog style at the backend.

If i don´t set a blogpage name i can switch on my blogpage backend to any blog style i want but without the correct <title>...

Do you have choosen a special post page at Settings > Reading … for your demo at http://autoparts.themerex.net/blog-chess-6-columns/ or is there an empty entry?

I noticed that you haven choosen a individual category for your chess style? Is it correct, that i can´t choose the excerpt page in chess styling?

I think the problem is “Blog archive”. I need to choose the blog archive site at WP to have <title> and <description>. But then i can´t have fullscreen option if i manage the page with your Customizer > Blog archive. Or can you tell me to have fullwidth with Chess 2/4-column without sidebar?

Hi Support, i have installed your great theme.

I have one small problem, i can´t find the WP Bakery Button at pages and posts, although i have activated it at the Role Manager.

A the backend at the pages and posts i see only the WP code not the WP designer view.

At the frontend WP Bakery is working well.

Hi,

1. Downloaded & installed wordpress on my web hosting

2. Logged in into the wp-admin

3. Purchased and download the theme from Envato.com

4. Installed on wordpress

5. In wordpress I now see notification saying “Please activate your copy of the theme in order to get access to plugins, demo content, support and updates”

6. I enter all information like in my Envato account, including the Purchase code that I downloaded as a TXT file, at the same location where I downloaded the theme ZIP file.

7. I click SUBMIT on wordpress to activate, but it returns an error saying: “Your purchase code is invalid! Theme is not activated!”

8. There are no white-spaces nor special characters in my copy-paste of the purchase code

Please advise ASAP, as my client is waiting.
