A client’s site breaks with Digi 1.9.1 and YITH WooCommerce Compare 3.0+ Are you aware of this issue? I’ve test it with only your theme, WooCommerce and the YITH plugin active. I’m afraid I don’t have actual error log information, because even with WP_DEBUG enabled nothing is written to the logs. So I hope you can reproduce it. For now I’ve done a rollback of the YITH plugin to 2.48.0.

It appears that the issue is caused by a compatibility conflict between the theme and the latest version of YITH WooCommerce Compare. The version 3.x update introduced significant changes that are currently not fully compatible with the theme’s existing integration.
To resolve this urgently, we recommend temporarily downgrading the plugin to a stable version that was previously working — for example, version 2.48.0:

After downgrading, please clear all caches and check the site again.

Good to know, that you are aware of the issue, but the reply sounds like it’s AI generated, so it might be that you aren’t actually aware. I didn’t share logs and I already downgraded, so you could have saved you some time and just say that you are aware and working on a fix.

Good morning!
After updating the theme to version 1.9.1 with PHP 8.1, my site shows a white screen with infinite loading. When I downgrade PHP to 7.4, the site loads but there are issues with JavaScript — for example, adding a product to the comparison list doesn’t work.
Here is one of the errors from WooCommerce: Uncaught TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, bool given in nasa-woo-functions.php on line 434 It seems like the theme code is not fully compatible with PHP 8.1. Could you please advise or provide a patch?

The Elessi demo site is working on PHP 8.2. All the functions were tested carefully and are fully compatible with the 8.2 version. I recommend you try to use the 8.2 version.

Hello, you need to update the Child Theme files as well. My website is running the child theme and that has not received any updates. And when I activate the main theme which is update everything on the website is gone. Please ASAP release an update on Child theme

A child theme in WordPress is a sub-theme that inherits all the functionality, features, and style of its parent theme. Child themes are a safe way to modify a WordPress theme without actually making any changes to the parent theme’s files.
To ensure you’re designing for the user experience, you might need to create a child theme. A child theme allows you to modify the appearance of your WordPress website without editing your theme files directly.
No need to choose the child theme as the main/parent theme. They are not always required. Remember, they are only required if need to modify theme code and/or files.
Changes in the parent theme will be lost after the update, so add your custom code in the style.css and function.php file of the child theme.

My point is since having the child theme activated I can’t know activate the Parent theme, because all of your theme settings and also sections created are lost. So can you please release updates of the child theme?

The child theme has only some small code line, the update is unnecessary.

That’s a totally different theme, so irrelevant to my question. It did help me find the link for this theme https://digi.nasatheme.com/wp-content/themes/digi-theme/update.txt but it’s also missing the 2 latest versions.
So please update the changelog on both places.

Unfortunately, the API from techspecs.io is not available in the theme default. As we check the above site have not enough devices and has bugs (See https://developer.techspecs.io/ https://tppr.me/IA0bT )
So I recommend you should manage your product specifications by yourself to avoid unnecessary conflicts in the future.

Hi, I cannot find out how to remove or change filters shown in shop page, below breadcrumb and above products grid.
