Hi I have a questions on ad sections before buying the theme
1. on Spotlight, do visitors see different ad for each city? could this be for State? like visitors from Washington state would see a different ad than Oregon on home page (Spotlight). would in any way admin can control spotlight ads, and make some showing in all USA and some just in their state or choosing which cities?
2. on top of search ad, what if the visitor is searching in one city and there is no listing in that city, would “top of search ad” that a business owner created in nearby city shown on the result?
3.Side bar ad, would this only show the listings nearby in same city? or state? would side bar ad show a listing in another state?

Presale question: 1. You have no woocommerce integration. So do invoices also get attached and term documents into email? So if user purchased an plan he will get email with terms and invoice? Because in europe its must-have (legal law/GPDR in europe!) to send legal documents like terms of your site into confirmation email. So please explain how to solve that without massive custom coding. 2. For invoices let me tell you that all the existing invoices go in emails with proper details, All the ads, and listing invoices. For this you have to set up the content and shortcode by going in theme options> email management system from here you can set the content for email. Note here all the emails templates are, Like for lead form, new user, invoices, etc. So set the content here, on each section we have highlighted which shortcode you have to use in content to fetch the data from the database for emails.
3. Currently we don’t support WPML but there are clients who use it, you can get advice from them on our FaceBook group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/listingprowp
We can’t provide any statement if we’re going to add WPML or WooCommerce without having it on the table. But, in the near future if we add them we will let you know.

1. Do you have demo data for elementor? 2. We can translate your theme in languages like chinese? 3. Why you do not have woocommerce integration for plan/packages? Because woocommerce have 100% all payment gateways. Your theme support woocommerce payment gatewys? We checked your documentation and see only some of them, but not all/the wide range of woocommerce payment gateways.
About payment you have this documentation with basic information:
Is WooCommerce Supported? https://listingprowp.com/why-we-will-never-integrate-woocommerce-with-listingpro and ListingPro Supported Payment Gateways https://listingprowp.com/10-payment-gateways-monetize-directory/ But no words about how to integrate woocommerce and why not using the wide range of woocommerce payment gateways. For example alipay is still not integrated, so if user coud use woocommerce, they woud be able to have alipay and many other. Right now you only have 10 payment gatewys.
4. We can set max. category in plan/package options? So in plan/packge ABC user can select 3 categories and in plan/package DFG user can select 10 categories for his listing. 5. We can have highlighted listing? 6. We can have top-listings/sticky listings? This listings will be shown always on the top in result/category view. Your documentation did not tell all detailed information about that questions. Its the most sold theme here, but i have feeling some options are still missing.

There is a bug in the theme. I added 5-6 custom fields in the add listing form. They show up fine on the listing.
But when we edit the listing from wp-admin (Gutenberg) and publish. All the custom fields disappear.

Once I have asked Listingpro Support if I should rebuild the site using Elementor instead of WP bakery builder. They replied that it was better to stay with WP Bakery, as it won’t make any difference in speed. So I rebuild using WPBakery !!!! Now I am listening to your tutorial video https://docs.listingprowp.com/knowledgebase/what-should-i-do-to-improve-my-site-speed/ . At 3:43 it says: ”... if you’re just getting started choose element or do not use wpbakery if you’re going to use wpbakery this configuration should still work just keep in mind that you may have some hiccups along the way…” . With hiccups (problems) using WPBakery is he referring ? Thanks to explain the possible issues

2. Sorry, there is no personalized ad space. You need to change in code in the respective file.
3. We don’t have a vendor system. Its directory theme. You can use woo commerce at your end but we don’t support any.
4. We have fill o bot option through which you can get business details on submit page one by one but no bulk import option
5. Yes you can customize the theme according to your need.
6. When you purchase the theme it comes with 6 months of support.

Hi, I just bought the theme, I installed it on my server, everything is working fine, except the import of dummy content. When i start the wizard, i would like to install the RestaurantPro content demo, so I select it in the Demos section, then i click to Accept, and on the next “Are you ready to import the dummy content?”, whe i try to “Import Content”, it stay in “Processing content…” for hours. Can you fix that please, or help me to fix it. bets regards
