The Redux plugin isn’t part of the Smarty theme and is not included in the theme package. That means it was installed manually to your WordPress. Please contact the person who installed the plugin or plugin authors to solve the problem.

Hi. When I try to set my custom colors the site gets disconfigurated. It seem to loose all CSS. Regards.
We use our own system for Custom Colors. This system gets the main style CSS file content and creates new generated styles file under ../wp-content/uploads/ folder. If the Custom Colors system is not working on your site, you need to check the below options:
- Disable all caching and optimizing plugins in your site (CDN, CloudFlare, and Akamai systems also).
- Check if your hosting supports PHP FILE extension – https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.file.php
- Correct File Permissions for WordPress and uploads folder -https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
- Set up WordPress Upgrade Constants with FS_METHOD-https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php

We made sure your folder permissions are on 755 and files are on 644 Those are the correct file and folder permission settings PHP FILE extension is supported on the server.

Events are simple custom post types to display some content in a specific format and design. Whereas the Timetable functionality has its internal Events. Those events can not be displayed on the frontend. Therefore, you need to create your events in two separate places.

To clarify, I know how to create one, but I am not able to figure out how to create one in Smarty because there is not an existing one to mimic. I did try but was not able to do the includes in a way that it would work.
The theme uses the WPBakery Page Builder for building pages. You can create your templates using that plugin. Otherwise, you need to create a custom page template in the Child theme.

Yes that is exactly what I am doing. It is not straightforward. I was asking if there is any documentation for it. The includes are spread all over and I don’t know which are required or where I need to put my files for them to work. I tried to mimic the existing files and it does not work, even taking an existing file and copying it, and only changing the name and title/id within the file, causes the entire site to break.

No it’s not a modification of core code, you suggested in your previous post that I do this!!! It is NOT modifying core code to create a custom page template. Further, if your theme does not support this, it should not even be on the marketplace. I will rate it accordingly, and immediately look for another one.

It seems you misunderstood my previous comments.
You can create a page with widgets and elements of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin and save it as a template – screenshot. It doesn’t require modification in the core code. This is the default functionality of the WPbakery.
However, if you planning to include something different like include new page templates directly in the Page Attribute screenshot, then you have to modify the core code of the theme via Child theme.

At this point I think you’re just being difficult. Creating a page template is not modifying core code. Modifying core code means changing source code.
I will PAY for this template (I just submitted a quote request) but please do not insult my intelligence by trying to state here that a page template is modifying core code, because it absolutely is not, not by any programming standards. Just simply say that page templates are not covered by support and leave it at that.

According to those recommendations, a custom page template requires adding new PHP files to the theme. This means you should modify the core code of the theme. We have already mentioned in our previous comments that your request goes far beyond the support policy.

What is the logic of categories in achievements when it fetches all the acheivements added in different categories. I checked one particular category for a page but it fetches all others too.

1- First, about the template, it is not flexible in all, the documentation quality is very bad and general and not specific, you must spend a lot of time to understand some features, I did not like the customizability of the template, there a lot of bugs about plugins upload, even you upload them all, it shows that you need to install some of them.
2-The customer support is very weak, the support platform does not work at all, it requires the purchase code every time and when you put it they told you that it is already used So, No support in all. I tried to contact them in the Facebook group about this problem, but they erased my comment without responding.I am not satisfied with all about this author, I paid my money and I do not have a good template neither a support.

The Slider Revolution plugin comes under our Extended license. That means you do not have to activate it to use its features. However, you need to wait for the theme updates to update the plugin. If you want to receive automatic updates directly on your admin dashboard, you need to purchase a personal license.

I have just downloaded the latest theme update and with it came rev slider 6.4.6. I have activated the plugin but my slider is not appearing on the home page. When I see the html code I do see the rev slider slider code of the slides but its just shows blank. I do understand that this is outside the scope of support but I think its a minor error which I am just not able to figure out. It will be very helpful if you can help. You need to use the Slider Revolution 6 element on your homepage. Moreover, please check the Testimonial posts in your dashboard. You have added the Testimonials element to the footer section. You set the exact number of available testimonials in the element settings.

Thanks, when I click to add Slider Revolution 6 element on the homepage nothing happens. I am able to add all the other elements though, just not this. Is it not possible to add it via html? For eg = rev_slider alias=”home-4”[stm_spacing xs_spacing=”60px” sm_spacing=”60px”]. Although I did try it but it shows a blank.
