Hello, I could not see in the documentation. Do you have a paid ad access feature? For example, if I do not have a paid access package – I can not see the phone, email or contact of an ad. If I have a package for 5 ads – I can see the data of only 5 ads, if I have a package for 7 days, I can see the data of all ads for 7 days. There may also be ads with free access (for example from any category).

Hello! Each time when I try to import a demo, the theme gives me the message:
“Import Failed Whoops, there was a problem importing your content. Import Failed Error: error (503)”.
I have moved from hosting company to another, even upgraded from shared to VPS but the problem persists. Also, all the required and recommended plugins are installed and activated.
The main theme is boxed, the social network icons maintains full width. When I wanna register with email, it says spammer, no easy way to control the security. When firebase is only enabled for phone verification and not signup, when a user registers, and when user goes to the profile to verifile the phone number nothing happens. The google map has issues when you are trying to post directly, and beyond the issue, the UI at the posting process dents the UI. A use is only suppose to be rewuired to pay if he wants to boost a post, by default every one should post for free, please treat this bugs. Generally, your theme is cool, the features needs update.
I already did to the support email, no response, I have once reached out through the ticket nothing was done, I pend the project till now, I tried using the support ticket it says I couldn’t that I need to upgrade support, and I had complained about it before it wasn’t resolved, I don’t want to rate this script 1 star pls check the support email. That is really not fair, check the ticket, I had conplaied before my support expired, man I have over 50 scripts on codecanyon, none is insistent on support renewal for basic script questions except deep technical issues. I have had this problem since, I even asked you guys to give me a freelancer to pay from you, you did, I messaged the person on Skype, the person did not reply me till date. I can send screenshots, and now you say I’m trying to blackmail you, that’s unfair, this is a sad customer, if my platform grows with your script it is a big leverage for your brand too. I am not fighting you over this, and I think you have the best UI, it’s okay for you guys to open a suggestion box, for people to send in real reviews and suggestions for you to work with and make your theme the best for a long time.

Hi, I did the update of the theme, and suddenly all stopped working. It looks like the WP Bakery is not working. I tried to Update the WP Bakery plugin by following the instruction given in page https://documentation.scriptsbundle.com/docs/adforest-wordpress-theme/#2205. But I am not getting the 3rd step of “Theme notice to install WP Bakery”
