The only explanation is that you have a Bold Builder Post Grid element at the top of the single post template page.

Please go to Appearance > Customize > Blog and look for a field called Settings Page. This field references the static page which serves as the “template” for all single post pages. Any settings it has will be reflected to all single post pages and any content it has will be displayed on the top of all single post pages content.

Edit this page and you will most likely find the Post Grid element added to it. Remove the grid element and it should resolve the issue.

According to your theme and plugin version, everything should be working properly without any database updates. Please enable WP_DEBUG mode – https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG. It should give you the exception message instead of the blank screen. the exception description should help us pinpoint the issue.

In Bold Builder, there is an option to set up different versions of the section or page element which will be visible on different resolutions.

This is done by creating two sections with the respective content – and by setting that one is to be visible on desktop resolutions and one to be visible on mobile resolutions within their properties (responsive tab).

Perhaps you have changed the content on one and left the other unchanged. Please take a look within page structure in Bold Builder if there is another version of the section with the slider and make the changes there as well.

Elementor will theoretically work with the theme, but none of the theme’s custom page elements will be available in Elementor and you will not be able to achieve the same layouts as on our demo sites with it. So although it would theoretically work, you would lose all the out of the box theme design.

By default the header breaking point is 1200px. Below this width the hamburger menu appears instead of the classic one.

If you always want the hamburger menu, you need to increase this breaking point to some large number, for example 10000px.

The header responsive breaking point is defined in in /framework/js/header.misc.js , line 35:

if ( typeof window.responsiveResolution == 'undefined' ) window.responsiveResolution = '1200';

You can change the resolution directly there, but we do not advise it, since the change will be overwritten with the next theme update.

You should add to your site

window.responsiveResolution = '10000';

as custom JavaScript which will be loaded after the said theme’s JavaScript file and it should do the trick.

The process of theme upgrade is fairly simple, as the matter of fact you can update your theme right from the wp-admin dashboard with Envato Market plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/

2. Yes, the import contains the same content as on our demo site, with all texts and images. What you should keep in mind though is that the images come as a sample content only. They are not licensed for third party production use. This means that if you are going to use some of the images from the demo on your final site, you should license them separately on ShutterStock.

3. The theme will not automatically autoformat the images – you need to photoshop your own images.

4. You will need to rebuild all the pages again.

We are assuming you are referring to BB Icon widget in the Header Logo widget area.

This is not possible out of the box – the widgets are implemented by Bold Page Builder and follow strict input sanitization rules meaning that input tests are striped of html tags when saved for security.

You can edit the file /widgets/bb_icon/init.php in Bold Builder and remove the strip_tags function at the bottom of the file making

$instance['text'] = ( ! empty( $new_instance['text'] ) ) ?  $new_instance['text']  : '';

instead of

$instance['text'] = ( ! empty( $new_instance['text'] ) ) ? strip_tags( $new_instance['text'] ) : '';

on line 175 (or around that line depending on the Bold Builder version) but keep in mind that this change will be overwritten by next bold builder update.

We are not sure what you mean by edit for mobile version

If you wish to have different layout on the page for mobile and desktop version, all elements in bold builder have the responsive tab when you edit them – making it possible to display it on desktop, hide it on mobile or vice versa. So you can easily build completely different layouts for mobile and desktop.
