Hi sorry for late response. You can create something very close if not exact.
First part is easy to list all the venues. The booking can be also accepted using our Lead Form builder.
With the Lead Form Builder you or a custom lead form that is global (applies to all listings) as per your requirement. Even the listing owners can build their specific custom lead forms. Watch this video

If you want to add guests in search it will need to be custom job but you can easily have that in the filter instead without customization.

Hi! Pre-sale qs! Is it possible to have a listing with booking option with day or/and hours? We need to have some spaces with a “per hour” prices and other with “per day” prices. Right now, we only want to have the form to request the booking with not payment option at first, because we need first confirmation of the coworking spaces. Yes, the user can add the city location and category by itself. He can add the categories that you have already added in the system by choosing one of them or multiple. For the locations you can use the Google MAPS API key, then the user will be able to add the locations manually.
