Hi, I am facing a licensing issue with the purchase. I bought this theme and worked on a dummy server offered by siteground with address kevine17.sg-host.com.
I activated my license on that server. Later today, I changed the domain to the official one which is kaikouraqualitysuites.co.nz
However, I was not able to activate it because the license was already activated with the dummy domain kevine17.sg-host.com.
The real problem is, I can’t get back the dummy domain kevine17.sg-host.com to deactivate it from the backend.
How can I activate my purchase code on kaikouraqualitysuites.co.nz instead of kevine17.sg-host.com

Hi, congratulation fot this theme. I have some presale questions. I need to know if I can set: 1) price according to the number of people and according to the season 2) the minimum and maximum number of occupants 3) restrictions for minimum and maximum number of nights according to the season 4) seasons as valid every year (for example from 01 to 06 January)

1. You can set the price per guest and set seasonal pricing but there is no option to adjust the price per guest based on the season.
2. Yes you can set minimum and maximum guests per room.
3. The minimum and maximum guest options can’t be adjusted based on the season.
4. At this stage seasonal period is not repeatable but this is something that we want to add in the future.

Hii, After checking so many themes my search stopped at zante theme. This theme has all features for a perfect hotel booking system. But, there is one lack that it doesn’t have no. of rooms option during booking or in search. Looking for this feature so if it can be incorporated into the theme soon it would be of great help.

Pre-sale question. How integration with booking.com is working? I have some stuff there. I would like to syns calendar so to avoid double bookings. Can it be done and can you explain it?

Using Eagle Booking you can link your Booking.com accommodation via the Booking.com Link section that redirects your client booking selections to your Booking.com checkout.
Unfotunately calendar synchronization is a feature we do not support in our theme yet.

Hello, please is it possible to use regonal payment gateway here in Rwanda (East Africa) like DPO or Flutterwave
Paystack works only in Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa.
Please if possible, help those of us in East & Central Africa. The most popular payment gateways here are; DPO (Direct Pay Online) and Flutterwave. Including any of the two in your THEME in your future updates will greatly help us here and will as well make your theme popular here.
Without them one can’t operate an online booking business in Rwanda as it is required by law to link our booking site to a local bank account here. Thank you

Facilities such as conference rooms can be included in the booking of a room as an additional service (paid).
We do not have a feature in case the client wishes to book only the conference room as it is not in our vision of the theme.

1. Our hotel has 3 branches and we want to have each branch of the hotel website on a subdomain. That’s it will look this:

Hope the theme can be used like this?
2.From the demo, there’s no way a group of people can book many rooms at once. Is it possible for someone to select 2 or more rooms during booking? And if it’s not available right now, can you add that?
3. Also, when creating room, is it possible to add the number of rooms for each room categories. Eg, we have 5 number of Luxury rooms, 4 number Of deluxe rooms etc. Is it possible such that when one Luxury room is booked another person will be able to know that 4 Luxury rooms are available for booking?

1. Having a separate subdomain for each branch is not possible.
However, what you are describing is possible as you can see in our demo.

So you can have the below URL structure.

2. No we don’t have such an option and we don’t have any plan to implement it any time soon as booking multiple rooms at the same time requires something like a “cart”. This is against our vision about how the booking process and the user experience should be.
3. Yes this is possible, each room has a quantity option. The room will be available until all quantities get booked.

Thanks for your response but considering the question 2. it doesn’t necessarily require cart system but having the ability to select more than one room of the same room.
For instance, I want to book 2 standard rooms, I don’t need to hold one in a cart in order to add another room since I am booking the same standard room. It is just an option in the booking form to select the room quantity of same room. One should be able to book up to 2 or more of the same room. I hope you it get.

Synchronization between our built-in booking system and booking.com’s booking system is not available.

Thank you, this theme looks really promising but I always look everything through so I know what I am buying. I noticed that specific branch pages have some issues with responsivity too. Image is cropped and thin.
I am also interested in how reservation form works with WPML integration. If someone sends the reservation I could see that the one who sent it received email confirmation. Will admins receive them too? And are those 2 different email templates translated separately (1 for admin, 1 for customer), so when I translate the email in french for customer, form details in admin mail will stay in english for example?

As for the reservation, our Booking Plugin is compatible with WPML, and you can have multilingual rooms
Confirmation E-mails are sent to both the client and the admin. I would like to specify here that the language that the confirmation email will display depends on the language the client/admin chose on the front-end/back-end.

Unfortunately, we can not provide access to the admin dashboard. As for the sessional prices, our Booking Plugin includes exceptions that can be assigned in one or more rooms to override the normal room price.
