There are no known issues with the latest theme version (1.1.8) functioning. Please update the theme and plugins and clear cache, it should be helpful.
The latest theme version is available for download on Themeforest. To update the theme please download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as green-planet/green-planet). We recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “green-planet-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.

Hi, I want to inform you that after the 1.1.6 update, the plugin caused an error Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: int / string in /wp-content/themes/green-planet/framework/admin/ options/cmsmasters-theme-options.php:907 The error appears when creating a new campaign/post.

Hi, I downloaded this theme from elements for review. I followed the instruction in the zip file.
The first step is to add lines in the .htaccess file (root directory). As soon as I insert the additional php commands in the .htaccess file (at the end), the website reports an internal server error. Removing the lines fixes it.
This is with WP 6.1.1. and PHP 8.1 on an existing website (pages, news and uploads and few plugins).
I wish to see how the theme behaves before I decide on a purchase because I realize that is the only way to receive support.
Please advise. Do I do something wrong? Is there a newer instruction for the installation? Compatibility issues?

We recommend adding the code to the .htaccess file in order to increase the limits that can be set on the server and to be sure that the server settings allow to import demo content properly. Some servers don’t allow to implement any changes in .htaccess file or even hide it, but still the theme can be successfully installed even without edits in .htaccess file. We’d advise you to proceed without changes.

After the Wordpress 6.0 update, the Visual composer has stopped working. All I can now see is the shortcode. I click on the visual composer but it doesnt not opens up. How can I downgrade the wordpress without losing any of the changes done in the theme?? I have done a lot of CSS changes and created many pages. Please help all my effort of past 2 months will go down the drain.

I downloaded your theme from envato elements and I noticed that in the home, when we open the wordpress admin, part of the content is in text format like “shortcode”. Is this a problem with the envato elements file or is it the theme itself? Thanks

There are no problems with the theme functioning. We can suppose that the part of content made with help of the Featured block shortcode is meant. Featured block shortcode (as well as Text block, Tabs/Tour, Icon Box, Quote and Toggles / Accordion shorcodes) allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode. When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior. When Featured block shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information using Content Composer shortcodes.

- I noticed the theme looks really good on a mobile too, but the menu text is a bit small. Is there a setting to change that just on a mobile?
-What is the donation plugin and what payment methods are available? Stripe? Same with woocommerce shop?
- Are the colours customisable? Can I use a different background colour and main colour?
-Is there a facility to upload a custom font? Our branding uses specific fonts that we’ve bought a licence for

The issue you mentioned is caused by a Lightbox script. As you can see even in a Lightbox demo page the same problem persists http://ilightbox.net/#video_advanced_examples
The issue can’t be fixed from our end because we aren’t the script authors, we contacted Lightbox developers to speed the process but we can’t name exact terms when they fixed the problem, appreciate your understanding.
