Hello, I am using your theme now. Since your theme supports Klaviyo, does it integrate with Back In Stock flow in Klaviyo? Now, whenever customer enters email address on the alert form, it sends me an email but doesn’t add customer email address into Klaviyo Back In Stock email list. Thank you.

Hi, If from 2.x to 3.0 you can’t update theme, you need to do the work on the whole theme again because the core for Shopify 2.0 is different from other versions. If between 3.x.x you can follow this document: https://help.the4.co/docs/update-theme/how-to-update-the-theme-between-versions-3-x-x/

How do I update the theme from 3.0 to 3.01 released today?
Simply copying and pasting the JSON text from the config tab of the old 3.0 theme DOES NOT update all the configurations on the homepage.
I don’t have any customizations Only updates the navigation menu no other graphics, homepage sections, etc
Your Kalles help documents Have no information about updating 3.0 to 3.0.

Why is it that the sections are limited to 16 blocks only in v3.0
Hi, this is restricted by Shopify, and not the theme. Because Shopify 2.0 allows to add sections on every page that’s why it’s limited because they fear the user data is too big. Thank you!

Shopify has a 1000 products limit per collection. If your collection contains over 1000 products, then filters are hidden. This is restricted by Shopify, and not the theme. Hope it is clear for you

Hello, When are you going to update the manual with instruction for updating the 3.0 version? I purchased this theme on 11-25 and there are so issues that I am hoping have they have been resolved with the theme updates on 11/27 and 11/30, but the user guide only says “updating” under update instructions for 3.0.

Unfortunately, this new option in v2.7.1 release 29/06/2021 does NOT work when you have multiple variants in a single product and some are in stock and some are not. When you select those variants that are not in stock, the delivery time is still displayed.

Awesome, ive tried setting it up now, however it appears to be somewhat different from the old version. is it no longer possible to filter both by variant options (size and color) aswell as tags at the same time? this was possible pre os 2.0. having to add all the sizes/colors as tags as a workaround isnt exactly ideal as they wont auto update according to stock. Thanks
Yes you can only choose one of them to display. it not allowed mixing between those two filter types
Oh really? One of the main reasons we decided to switch from our previous theme to kalles is the fact that our old theme only supported filtering by tags. Where kalles could do both. it’s a real problem if this can no longer be done on the new os as the new os has a lot of important new features. Is there really nothing that can be done regarding this issue? How come it was possible on the old os but not on the new one? is it impossible to implement similar functionality?
In today’s updated version, can I add custom content under the Collection page? Just like magento, it can customize the text content at the bottom of the “category”.

Hello, i just bought the theme. however i was under the impression i was buying a 2.0 ready version of the theme, as 2.0 is listed on your main page (this is misleading as the 2.0 version isnt public yet).
