Hi. I am not sure what you mean. The Element Pack plugin is still available in the Phlox Pro package. You can install it from the Phlox dashboard.

Hi. All the demos are built with the free version of the Elementor. The pro version of the Elementor is not needed for the theme or the demos.
Also please note that Phlox is 100% compatible with Elementor Pro as well.

Thanks, done it. Also, I used your Megamenu option and some submenu items got out of the submenu square and didn’t look properly so I had to install a plugin to replace. Give it a check for next updates.

help with disabling comments completely on blog posts, i have followed all your tutorials suggested here and honestly still cannot disable the damn comment form, you guys should include this in your documentation thus to avoid people posting questions re this issue , please advice, i have been through all the setting’s and still the damn comment form is there.

sent you a support ticket. it’s really annoying that despite disabling comments under settings for wordpress, the add comment box still shows up , surely this can be fixed by adding some default settings to allow a user to remedy this
Thank you for your theme. One of my client bought your theme. I had a chance to work on it. I have a small suggestion for your developer team. There is a script called “plugins.js” in the theme js folder. It is a huge js file which consists of bunch of libraries which slows down the pages because of unused javascript code. You could go for code split approach. Instead of going for huge one js file, you could split those functions into different js files, so that tracking & disabling it would be much more easier.
Hi, First of all, we are happy you used our theme and thank you for your feedback. Generally there are two approaches. One is splitting the files like you mentioned and one is combining them into one. Each method has its pros and cons. For example splitting the files will make multiple HTTP requests to the server and therefore increase its load. While the one-file approach makes it easier for the browser to cache the JS file for later visits. That being said, we have heard your feedback and will consider it for possible future improvements.
Also I am happy to mention we are working to improve the performance, and we are doing this step by step Continuously.

I saw that the last update is from September, and I have to migrate a website, which the theme is not updated since several months ago and as you may realize already, I want to avoid a theme that is not updated regularly. Hi. Please try disabling any pop-up related add-on on your browser. Chances are that the name of Advertising is being recognized as an Ad. Or you can try Incognito/Private mode of your browser.

Hi. Regarding the responsive problems, we really need to check and investigate. Generally it should be fine and it`s not related to the free or pro version. By the way I checked and did not find a ticket with your current username. May I ask you to give us the link of your ticket?

Hi. I`m afraid not. There is no theme which comes with Elementor Pro. All the demos are built with the free version of the Elementor and you don`t need the Elementor Pro to work with them.
