It’s working perfectly now. The problem was, I was using pay method = paid woo. Now I’ve changed it to pay method= Other pay gateway. And it’s adding to cart successfully.

Hi we have realised that at some point randomly the theme deletes all content files when we try to update an event. We have changed hosting provider and deleted all irrelevant plugins but still the issue occurs every now and then. Please advice how to solve it as is EXTREMELY CRITICAL. Even though it is definitely a theme bug we are happy to get charged for you investigating and solving the issue. Should we extend the support plan? Thanks for your time and understanding.

On Em4U, what about some features present on MeUp (your other theme on Themeforest) : recurring events setting, possibility to book a seat (auto or user choice (on category or map)). I want to use the ‘boxed layout’ but want everything to be max. 1600px instead of 1170px wide. I found the snippet to change in the css file, but unfortunately the container inside (the one with the content) doesn’t change with it. So where can I change the width of the boxed layout?

Hi, if I scan a qr-code it says “Valid” – OK. If I scan the same ticket a second time it says again “Valid”. Is there a function to DECLINE a ticket, if it already has been scanned for the first time ? – so I can see “INVALID” instead of “Valid” again ?

You have to logged website with admin role, so the status of ticket will updated in database.
Example: if your phone are using safari for default browser, please login website with admin account in safari browser. Then use camera to scan QR Code. After scan, the ticket status will update. When you scan second time, the system will display Invalid.
