Hi there. My client purchased this theme, and is having a problem with revolution slider. When we installed the theme and skin, the home page was giving an error about main-slider missing. How can I import the slider that was in the demo?

We temporarily created a slider, however, the top navigation menu is not above the slider like seen in one of the demos – https://air-conditioning.qwery.ancorathemes.com/ I believe the navigation menu in the demo is above the revolution slider right? How can we have our navigation menu above the slider?

You may import the slider under Theme panel > Theme dashboard > Demo data – choose Partial import and import the slider. Header position “Over” should be set in Theme options of the Homepage in order to be displayed over the slider.

Unfortunately did neither the masks for a “normal” support ticket nor the pre-sale support ticket work. Atleast there is no indication that an Account was created or that the ticket was send out.

The problem persists. I have tried multiple browsers and on all of them (Firefox,Edge,Chrome) neither the support ticket nor the pre-sale question ticket are not being submitted.

Is there any chance for us to receive the files as soon as possible and preferabely before the weekend?

It is a good thing you offer support for the theme. Its just sad that it doesn’t work. I have tried what other users were told to do, went through all questions. Everything that was suggested by the support doesn’t work.

I have a pre-sales question: if I don’t install the demo content, using your general theme, would it be pretty easy to recreate the style of this demo https://education.qwery.ancorathemes.com ?

We have an existing website using the LMS theme but are considering changing it to yours. Currently contemplating whether to switch to your theme without demo content or to do a fresh Wordpress install and the build up from scratch. What would you suggest?

When you install and activate the theme, the theme styles (colors, fonts, etc) will be applied to the existing pages, however, you may need to make additional adjustments to the Theme options.

In case you want to import some demo pages, you may choose the partial demo data import, the new content will be added to your existing data.

I bought Qwery when it was still in Version 1.03 (I believe in May 2021) and did not find the time to install it until now. But when I downloaded the latest version and tried to install it, I get an error message saying:

“The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.

Plugin installation failed.”

Tried to get support but found out that my support has expired ! What to do ? Did I just waste my money on this?

It doesn’t make any sense and to me, it seems intentional that the author has made it “uninstallable for those whose support has expired” to force them to pay $43.00 for support.

I am working for a company that bought this theme and they seem to be having problems with team members. They tell me that when they want to create a team member, it does not appear to edit with elementor. Is there any way to enable editing with elementor? We have read the documentation but there it appears that you are editing with elementor, but it does not appear for us. I appreciate your help.

1) You will get the same pages that you see on the live demo of each skin.

2) Yes, they are included in the Default skin only.

3) Each skin has its own styles and settings, so the imported pages will be styled according to the skin you choose.
