When will the theme be updated. Learnpress has updated the plugin and now the theme has a major bug. It does not function anymore with learnpress

I definitely understand that, but because its past the 6 months period, but the point is, this is not a tech issue that me or my developer can solve, because it is beyond our control, it has to do with the server that is hosting the demo content!
So right now, I can not use the product I purchased, simply ONLY because eCademy’s server is not updated appropriately, and past customers like me are getting penalised?
Apologize! We don’t think the issue is happening due to eCademy’s server! The theme is independent and works as expected as we haven’t heard similar yet. But we are happy to check your issue once you submit a support ticket by visiting the dedicated support system. I have spent 2 days communicating with my web host tech team, and they said that… “We have checked everything on our end and it’s all up to date. Unfortunately, there is little more we can do.
We believe this issue stems from the connection to the server when it tries to download the demo data. You will need to talk to the server which provides the demo install and ask if they have updated thier CA bundles. “

Apologize! It seems there is a misunderstanding regarding the demo data location. The demo data is included with the theme zip file, and it imports from the hosting server where the theme files are stored. As an author, we don’t have any control or access to the theme and demo data.

Look, listen, you have said it. I am just stressing that there could be an issue with the hosting server where the THEME FILES are stored. The Wildcard SSL has had a major update on Sept 30, which had caused issues with some sites globally. I am saying that the expiration of the SSL on the server might be the issue, and all I am asking is if you can verify whether if the SSL expiration is indeed the issue. LIKE I SAID, the SSL update is BEYOND MY CONTROL and I CAN DO NOTHING. THAT IS WHY I NEEDED SUPPORT REGARDLESS OF THE ENVATO SUPPORT POLICY, because this is out of my control, and I would not pay extra for support of items that is not an issue on my end.

Hi, my country has just entered another lockdown and my teachers and I are very frustrated. We now have no choice but to offer our classes online. Pre-sale questions please:
1. Does your theme allow us to offer users to register and pay on a subscription basis (for example, monthly amount) and they can enter and have access to any class inside the website after payment? I read somewhere this is the Pro Membership plugin? If yes, is this included in the theme?
2. Does your theme allow registered users to manage classes using their own dashboard (front-end) only but not start courses (they are just students and have student front end dashboard).
