I need to get this site done and I can’t fill out a support ticket because it says my purchase code is invalid but IT IS VALID! Your support process takes forever to fill out and the documentation for the theme isn’t very good. How do I remove the search from the header? How do I edit the Quick Contact Info area?

To remove search widget from header please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and remove Wilmer Search Opener widget from Header Widget area (please see screenshot).
Contact forms are added using the Contact Form 7 plugin and you can find more information on how to edit these forms in this link.
In case you have multiple themes it is necessary to submit a request for the new theme for it to be listed in supported items. To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article – How To Submit A Ticket. When you log in at our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in header, and fill in the form shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Mikado) and then theme.

QUICK CONTACT INFO isn’t a contact form it is a button on the right in the header. When I go to widgets there is a whole bunch of errors in red from your theme such as: The “mkdf_separator_widget” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.
When I open your widgets the loader just spins and spins. Everything in Wordpress is working but that and it is on a good GoDaddy hosting plan. I need to get this done!

Please note that block based widget feature added in WP5.8 requires a bit more dedicated resources. You can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Alternatively, you can try using this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic.

Not the main navigation but a inner page vertical navigation. The horizontal header navigation will stay as it is but the pages will have a custom vertical navigation to click between pages that share similar info. Does that make sense? The example you sent to us is from our other theme Ambient. That is a navigation menu that is added in the sidebar. You can achieve that if you navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add widget Navigation Menu to Sidebar Area.

You can create sidebar navigation in the Wilmer theme as well, see this screenshot as an example. To achieve this, you need to set the sidebar on page and choose a custom widget area with Navigation Menu widget.

how can I remove “Wilmer Options” from the admin bar at the top

The option to remove “Wilmer Options” from the admin top bar, unfortunately, doesn’t exist within the theme. You would need to edit template files to achieve this, however, as an alternative, you do have an option to disable the entire admin top bar for each user in Users > open user profile > disable Show Toolbar option (see this screenshot).

Unfortunately it is not possible to have fullscreen menu with standard menu. These are two different header types and for fullscreen menu it is necessary to set header type to “Minimal” (please see screenshot).

Im really dissapointed. I had question and got default copy-paste answer on your support forum. So decided to write the question here, coz nobody responds to my issues (first time in my life for the mikado themes). The questions is simple, how does the file is called and where does it put to change “NEXT” and “PREV” button text mannualy without any translation plugin. I want to change it MANNUALLY, pls tell which file it is! ASAP this is very urgent, cant wait anymore for your answer, coz it already took me 3 days to reach to you.

The reason why our support instructed you to translate the labels instead of changing them directly in the theme files, is to avoid having them overwritten with the default text every time you update your theme. Please check your ticket again, our agent provided you with the path to the file where this can be changed.

Thanks for taking an interest! Envato has its own licenses and we can’t offer any different buying options beyond their rules. At the moment, they don’t offer a multisite license and you can choose only a Regular or Extended license but as you can see, both licensees allow installing the theme only within a single app. By our understanding of both licenses, you can only install the theme on one installation and one domain. So subdomains can be allowed if the content of the main domain is related. However, as we do understand this is is not the case on your end since the content will differ and is not related.
