Thanks guys. It’s been nearly a year since 8.2 (now 8.2.6) was released and we have 8.4 due for release in 2024. My servers are set up to work with 8.2, and I love your themes, when can we expect your themes to be updated to work with 8.2? There are some great improvements in the 8.2 version that are definitely worth working with.

Hi,
I have a quick question about the menu. We are using the menu type WIDE option. The system automatically creates 4 columns. We have 8 categories where. In one category there are 4 links in the other 1. Now the system automatically adjusts the height to the column with the most links.
Since there are not the same number of links in each category, the height looks a bit crazy where there is only one link.
Is there any way to set the height for each menu column so that it gets built up as mosaic style.
Hopefully you understand a bit what I mean.

We purchased Wilmer about a week ago and after setting up the WordPress site PHP settings correctly and installing and activating the theme, for some reason it won’t fully import the “All” content demo for WP Bakery. It simply gets stuck at 76% forever. We suspect this might be because the WP Bakery plugin has a newest version 7.0 released on 07/31/23 and needs updating. However, the Wilmer theme downloadable .zip file was last updated on 06/26/23, meaning it does not contain the latest version of WP Bakery. So that we don’t have to purchase the WP Bakery license separately, can you please enable us to update the WP Bakery plug-in to the latest version?
If you do not believe the outdated version of the WP Bakery plug-in to be the reason why the Wilmer theme demo is not importing, then please point us in the right direction to resolve this issue. We would love to be able to use the theme properly and start building our website ASAP.

I’ve recently purchased the “Wilmër – Construction Theme” template from your collection today. However, I’ve encountered some issues that require your assistance.
I’ve successfully downloaded all the necessary files, including: 1. All files and documents. 2. Installation WordPress file only. 3. License certificate & purchase code (pdf). 4. License certificate & purchase code (text).
However, I couldn’t locate the Item Purchase Code within the `slider-revolution-responsive-wordpress-plugin-license.txt` file. I did find the item purchase code in the `72625673-wilmr-construction-wordpress-theme-license.txt` file.
My primary concern is, how can I obtain the required purchase code for the Slider Revolution? This is crucial since it demands an item purchase code for its functionality.
I would appreciate prompt assistance on this matter as it’s quite urgent for my project. Thank you in advance.

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

I get messages about WP Bakery out of date (version 7) but it seems i cant update WP Bakery anymore trough Install plugin as part of the theme?

The WP Bakery plugin came as bundled within the theme, and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for it. When a plugin is updated, we are including the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update.

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

If your live installation is still having issues with demo import you can try to install the theme and import demo content on the localhost and then migrate it.

its been more than 10 days and still we are unable to import the theme properly.you are support is taking too much time to reply for each ticket.we tried to install and import in local server,its working on local server properly but after migrating it to live server the widgets are showing error.

This is due to the insufficient resources. The block-based widgets added in WP 5.8 do require a bit more demanding resources and you can see some of our recommendations here – Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them.
Alternatively, you can use this plugin which reverts widgets back to classic. Classic widgets were used originally with the theme and they do require a lot less resources from the server.
