I really don’t leave my site broken for my visitors and waiting for your support team to review and respond. Instead, release a well-tested version of your theme!
I’ve seen some constructive futures on the new updates like typography settings, image thumbnails settings but unfortunately, it doesn’t work properly with the previous settings of the site
Here are some of the bugs list
1. Previously setup menu doesn’t work all appear to be an error 2. Previously setup widgets all get lost 3. Unable to edit posted ads, the page appears just with one line of code when it is open for edit 4. Header and footer alignments broken 5. Single product page alignments broken and overlapped with widgets 6. Breadcrumb not in place

Hopefully, you will be back with a better version of the theme on your next release, otherwise, I will be stick with 4.9 version forever!
Theme is tested over and over again replaced with the previous version. But as there are huge changes in files so may need little setup that has been mentioned in this document https://documentation.scriptsbundle.com/docs/adforest-wordpress-theme/#17351 moreover if you still feels any issue then communicate with support team they will guide you.
Rest if you do not want to move to latest version then decision is yours. We can only help you to move but will not force you.

Dear. THis is realy unkind and well fine from your part. I can not create support because, i have to renew first my support wich cost is 50 USD. And now, to fix this, i must create ticket. to be able to create ticket, must paid. Your plan is genial to oblige all to pay yopu another 50$. I guest 50$x1000 clients. THis is a fortune.

This is not the case at all, there is only 1 out of 100 clients who renew his support over the Envato as per the policy and rest wants life time free support and some of them gave bad review just because of this you mentioned. Unfortunate but this is the reality that all authors face.
That is why we have created a General Question category over the support forum to provide the FREE support. Why we always ask to create ticket? Because support team is only available over there who can look deeply in it and guide you.

Hi! Thanks for update. Envato Market was already installed. I usualy use to update the theme. But this time, i go to envato market plugin, and theme is still set v4.6.0. It did not present update or notiffication

Sadly, there are a ton of issues to be fixed… I ask something but the support answers me a different thing not related to the issues.. We asked for custom code , payed of course 3 weeks ago, nothing happend. We ask if ” A category can be excluded on search page ” They answer : Here is how you delete / add categories… Indeed the theme promise much.. but offers so little .

We solved that, if they want the code, we can provide it. There are many issues, and some we want to pay for them to be done, but nobody cares about it.
Its good that you meet your needs. This was the feature that didn’t exist in theme so it can not be mentioned as issue. Moreover, if you feel any issue with the theme you can communicate with the support team they will guide you. Regards
If only that would be true. Several days ago we asked for a “premium” support.. and for some Custom payed changes. No response yet. Moreover we communicated issues, that support didn’t understand first time. Again, we are looking to talk to a dev, for some custom options to be added.

There are 3 to 5 necessary plugins depending upon the demo you want to use. You can use any SMTP plugin with your SMTP details for email sending.
