Slider image can be link to everything you want. If there is no URL defined, slide is opened in lighbox.
No you can’t. Full width contact page must have pop-up on click.

When I click the author’s name of a comment, it will go to another website or a strange ip address. 2) Try to find some plugin for that. I’m using default WP function for authors name / URL
3) If you’re using page, you can select what ever category you want (there is a drop down list o all the categories below page editor). Another way is to bring category to WP Menu.
4) You can use portfolio shortcode for that (I’ve added blog categories compatibility few weeks ago)
Hello There, love the theme and finding it easy to alter for my needs. I do have one question please – on the demo home page the icons boxes have a colour roller that changes the colour of the text. Is it possible for the icons to change colour also on roller over? I appreciate that I would need to create inverted versions of the icons but would really like to get this working.

yes, you should create inverted icons, but thats only the easy part
Next you should create some Extra JavaScript (jQuery) which should replace existing image on hover and get the original one on hover out. And you should do it for each icon.
This is one hour job for someone with basic jQuery knowledge, but it’s beyond our support.

Hi! I am having a problem with the sizes of ‘extra image’ images on the portfolio pages. Once you’ve clicked the thumbnail, and have entered the individual portfolio pages, the images never come up to the size i’ve uploaded them, which makes them blurry. Is this coded in, and how do I get my images to show the size I’ve uploaded them (or what is the optimal size I should use)
All images are 100% wide. This is why you should use at least 630px wide images for sliders…

I’m having difficulty setting up the message box where people can write their message. I have 2 boxes set up for their name, email. But can’t figure out how to get the message box set up where they can write their message. I think I just might be confused how to do this all together.

Open the page you set for Front page displays in HTML editor and paste embed code for your video. Replace width of the video to 100% (instead of value in px).
Switch back to Visual editor and use portfolio shortcode and select blog category…

1. How do you make a video the featured image? Have tried featured image/from url/ video but it isn’t working for some reason. 2. I can’t seem to get the different blog1, blog2 , blog 3 layouts to work either.

1) you must use Brankic Custom Field – Video URL (below the editor)
2) Not sure why you can’t use it. It’s set in Brankic Panel -> Blog (it’s working just fine now. In the past it wasn’t working if you brought category to the WP Menu)

When creating the portfolio, how do I remove the title names from below each picture?
I’m using blog template 3 and when I choose the featured image its the original size on the blog page which is too large. Is there an issue why it isn’t showing as a default size and/or how do I fix this?

As I can see from the source, you’re not using blog 3 template.

I having a problem with the controlers of images in portafolio when I have two images with differents sizes for example 784×590 and 785×1188, the controlers of images go down to place of the higher size image, here you have the example http://locarmen.com/wordpress/?portfolio_item=white-events Is there any way to fit the controlers to the images when you have different sizes? JavierIf you have images of different sizes (which I highly not recommend from design point of view) you can’t use slide effect on slider, but fade. To change that, go to Appearance -> Editor -> slider.inc.php and near the end of the file, change animation (for portfolio slider) from slide to fade.
Never mind about my first question. I tested the theme on my smart phone and it does indeed resize.
I’m not sure if you noticed, but the left arrow on image modal is buggy, it doesn’t transition as smoothly as the right arrow. How can I solve that?

I’m trying to add my portfolio page and everything looks as it should (3 columns and circle preview shapes) in “preview.” However, when I “publish” the page, everything reverts to the default blog mode.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
This is because of your permalink settings. I guess you’re having the same name (slug) for your portfolio page and blog category and in that case blog layout has priority.

one of the default WP options is to use any static page for front page. It’s easy not to have slider on any page.

I am working on getting my portfolio page set up. I’ve having difficulties with getting my portfolio categories to align instead of dropping down below the previous category. There is also some work in multiple categories and I only want them to appear once on the page. I am adding each category individually. Is there a way to add them all at once to avoid this? I hope this makes sense.

If one portfolio item/post in more than one category it will be shown only once.
Don’t forget to arrange categories, so you have one parent category (which you select in shortcode) and as many as you want children categories (filters)

There is no shortcode for that. Before uploading featured image you should edit image on your computer.
Or you can use your existing featured images and define height in portfolio shortcode.
