Hey, I currently have the Avada Restaurant Theme but I want to add a page with clothing to sell. I was going to activate the Retail theme but will that take away all of my Restaurant theme? How would I add a product catalog to a page?

You can simply activate and setup WooCommerce for that to add the shop functionality without importing a whole new prebuilt website. All of our underlying theme features are available regardless the demo/prebuilt site you imported so you don’t need to import another demo for the shop feature for example.

Does the Retail WooCommerce theme come with an optional top sales banner that can appear above the top navigation? Like the one on kohls.com that displays SALE TODAY.

I am updating the Avada theme on local but Fusion Builder and Fusion Core plugins are unable to update.
Below error occurs-
Download failed. Unknown error encountered. Please try again later.
Fusion Core installation failed. The update procedure could not delete the plugin due to a permissions issue on your server. Please ask your hosting provider to check the permissions level or manually remove the plugin via FTP or WordPress before attempting to reinstall it.

This simply means that your older version of plugin(s) can not be removed, for that you need to follow the alternate method of plugin installation and we have a very detailed document of how to do that here => https://bit.ly/3IyuP9u

How can I configure this in the template so that capitalisation is not activated for every word in the content boxes? For example, “Get In Touch With Us” to “Get in touch with us”. Otherwise a really good system! Thanks for the answer! PS: Of course I searched here before and unfortunately found nothing.

hi,
i’m working in localhost and i updated Avada to the latest version. Unfortunately I don’t update the plugins, with this error:
The package cannot be installed. The package does not contain any files.
The plugin update failed.

I tried to manually remove the plugin via FTP to try to reinstall it, but I always get the same error.
Furthermore, there are no plugins in the download package.
is there a way to update the plugins? download them?
I need to update Avada localhost because I have to try it and make changes before putting the site online.

If you are on a localhost you can simply delete the old core and builder plugin by accessing the plugin folders on your local drive. You can then download the core and builder plugin from your support account at https://theme-fusion.com/support/account/
When you do enter your purchase code that you have used the register them you will be able to see the core and builder plugin available for download in the Avada plugins tab

Each demo page will use a certain subset of elements depending on what layout/design we’re trying to showcase. But if you want, you can insert any number of elements to any page freely in our page builder.

Can’t change the text color in News Ticker. Tried everything. Edit section, click on news ticker, go to design—>Ticker Font Color and it doesn’t change anything. I can change the background color but the text color no chance. I have checked also that I don’t have any custom css What can I try next?

Hello. I’m building a new website and I was wondering if it is possible to remove the navigation controls from under Media Slider images? I want to add a background colour that extends from the sides of the images to the edge of the browser but it doesn’t look very nice because it includes the extra area under the image that contains the navigation controls. I was hoping that removing the controls will resolve this for me. Many thanks.

Hey guys
Im not a fan of NOT having a font size option for the Tabs title with inside the element. That is so wack. I go to change the H4. DOESNT WORK. I went to every forum and comment here about said topic.. I put that little code snippet in for custom CSS, DOESNT work. This should be so simple.
But I guess I have to pay 24$ bucks just to get this, something that shouldnt even be a issue to begin with, help/support from u guys. Was this done intentionally just to get frequent Avada users like myself to keep buying support when we pretty much know everything about the theme.. I mean come on.
I have no plugins installed except the 2 avada main ones and this is a fresh wp install … sigh.
if it is a custom css issue.. could you simply respond to this with the exact code it takes to make TABS title font to 14. The exact characters from beginning to end. Thx, much appreciated guys

With our new system on each registration your domain is actually binded with the Purchase code, however if for some reason you want to unbind the domain or in scenarios where you need to test by installing Avada multiple times on the domain, or you want to check different demos after resetting the theme, this may cause such notification to come up, the solution to this is by simply going to our company site here => https://theme-fusion.com/ and then moving to Support > My Account Submenu > Register Purchase code and removing the domain from there => https://share.getcloudapp.com/JruxewJO also click on “Unregister” button on your theme dashboard if the purchase code is still being used, more about this can be read here => https://bit.ly/3IgqUxZ
