Since the default “Paid Member Subscriptions” plugin of the Wordpress Theme “Streamit | Video Streaming” does not support any electronic payment gateway used in our country, we have decided to deactivate it to install “Paid Memberships Pro” (https://wordpress.org/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/ ) which has an electronic payment gateway extension used in our country. The concern is that when we click on “Login” or “Register”, we notice the display something like * , *[pms-register] and the complete disappearance of the registration and login forms for each. of these pages.

So how can we correct this and make the registration and connection forms reappear knowing that we no longer use the “Paid Member Subscriptions” plugin for subscription by default of the Wordpress Theme “Streamit | Video Streaming” because of the fact that it does not not support our country’s payment gateway ???

It’s because you have deactivated the “Paid Member Subscriptions” plugin. So the shortcodes of that plugin can’t be used. Edit those pages and put the shortcode or widgets of the plugin you used.

Hi, if you want to use Paid Memberships Pro plugin then you can customize your theme also can customize it in App.
You can use any content restriction plugin which best suits to your requirements. The theme does not bound with the paid member subscription plugin. We did not provide third-party customization therefore check before you purchase or install the any plugin.

Oh, that is so strange! How come you hide the thumbnail ?? So, if i understand, the user see this message but have no idea what is the content ? Why did you not display a lock icon over the thumbnail instead ?? Because this is enough for me to not purchase it, this is a big turn off. None of the big website or apps hide the thumbnail but display the lock icon.

We have seen the documentation and we have even seen the Youtube tutorials on how to set up Streamit for Android and iOS. But the concern is we do not know how to connect our site already using the “Streamit | Video Streaming WordPress” theme to our mobile application to generate the mobile versions later. On the YouTube-based Video Tutorials, you just have to show how to generate the iOS and Android mobile version without first specifying how to link or connect the Mobile plugin and the online “Streamit | Video Streaming WordPress” web theme so that the mobile application (Android and/or iOS) can generate the same content.

The subscription plugin of the Streamit | Video Streaming WordPress theme, not supporting Paydunya (https://developers.paydunya.com/doc/En/introduction) which is the only payment method available in our country because neither Paypal nor Stripe are not recognized in the country where we do business.
So how can we create an Electronic Payment plugin for the Paydunya Gateway in order to allow our users to subscribe to our Films and Videos by paying by Paydunya instead of Paypal ???

We use Paid member subscription plugin. Paid member subscription is a third-party plugin so we can not customize it. You can generate support for it on its forum. Or else you can use other plugins which best fit your requirements. We can not customize, or give technical support on any third-party plugin so kindly verify and check before you purchase or install any free plugin. Thank you.

Answer 1) We do not provide an admin panel the same as HTML in WordPress. If you want to integrate then you can hire a freelancer.
Answer 2) Currently we do not provide woocommerce support in our package.
We only provide static dashboard in HTML bundle. In WordPresss we statistic and report area.

We are having serious difficulties editing the theme. Not all of your Youtube tutorials really show how to use it in detail. For example, in addition to our various questions asked yesterday and which are still awaiting answers, we are unable to display the various icons of Social Media, namely (Facebook, Twitter and Youtube).

1 – How then to modify these different icons at the bottom of the page ??? We tried to do it ourselves by going to “Appearance => Widgets”. But it was completely impossible for us to modify at the Widgets level (footer Area 2), the different icons to display good icons because apparently the default icons are no longer taken into account.
2 – How also to display only three icons of social networks (namely: Facebook, Youtube and Twitter) at the bottom of our pages ???
