Hi, I’m having an issue with the mobile hamburger menu icon. It is visible “only” alongside the menu on “desktop” mode, and it always disappears when on tablet/mobile menu. I have checked every single theme option and checked the CSS code, but I can’t figure out why this is happening. I even tried to use different headers, but the issue keeps happening. What am I missing? Thank you for your help.
Hello, The mobile menu has to be assigned separately in wp-admin > appearance > menus page, could you make sure you have done that?

1. About the Paypal, did you mean the payment in ecommerce feature?(Woocommerce). If yes then yes, Woocommerce support Paypal.
2. You may use third party page builder plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use page builder plugin, it will call its own element, layout.

Hello, I recently purchased the “Attorna” template, I went on the safe side as I saw the compatibility with WMPL but once the plugin is installed I can duplicate the pages of the site but I can’t copy the contents inside the page, just to be clear the contents of the Page Bulder does not duplicate them! can you give me some info? Do I need to set any template settings? I await feedback thanks

We created a shortcode to grab the content of another page and display it. We are doing this because we want to use a page builder element inside of the content of a tabbed area.
So we add the shortcode to the tabbed area editor and it pulls in fine but the_content() does not seem to actually return anything. Is there a better way to get the page builder elements of another page by id?

Is there any way I can position my anchor link scroll so the element wouldn’t hide under sticky menu? It destroy’s user experience on my website and any other plugin which solves this issue seems not to work with your theme.

You can fix this by increasing the Fixed Navigation Anchor Offset ( Fixed Navigation Height ) option in the Theme Options Panel > General > Fixed Navigation section to around 100px.
Hello, there is weird thing about footer – I still see demo content. When I fill in footer widget 3 or 4, the demo content stays and I see 6 or 8 blocks on top of each other. The demo footer does not disappear – it is still displayed. I can’t replace it.

Unfortunately, we can not accept that because this is a digital product and it’s been downloaded already and this won’t be fair with us too. We will only approve the refund when the theme can’t work as advertised or can’t work as demonstrated in the demo site.

You can use a plugin like WPML or Polylang to translate the theme.
The translation method depends on the plugin, not the theme. In both plugins, you need to have a different page for each language. You can also duplicate a page from the original language instead of creating it from scratch. The same applies to sliders as well.

Yes, I mean a side header like the one in BigCorp or like some of those from One Page Pro’s huge list. I like top headers more, but I have a specific application that requires a bunch of menu items to be visible from the first second, so I need a burger.
Like this? https://take.ms/FUGdq well we don’t have the exact style of One Page Pro in Attorna. The One page pro will have the bg opacity (overlay) of the side header but Attorna won’t have. It will be solid color like in Infinite theme.
(We just didn’t put the side header demo for Attorna so you might not find it but we have an option there.)
Oh, I see. I don’t need (or even want) opacity. Just a solid background, large logo, some text under the logo, nice/pretty menu items, and the ability to scroll overflowing content. My guy is a freelance, no partners, no corporate name, no secretary, no nothing, so I want his face, job title, phone number and e-mail address to be the first things his visitors see and always remain visible on any subpage. Plus, I have a lot of menu options that need to be visible from the very first second, so I need a vertical menu (horizontal would often be too short). This is the reason for the unusual choice, even though e.g. the ‘London Law Firm’ demo on Attorna is ridiculously good!
I’ve just checked the menu in Infinite/BigCorp, and it handles overflowing content perfectly.

There’s no option to add text under the logo though, but we can help you modify this in a child theme

And two more questions (less important), if you don’t mind: (1) does the vertical menu support submenus? (2) would it be difficult to add descriptions under menu items, maybe use a separator to make sections?
1. Yes, you can add submenus in the vertical menu.
2. This shouldn’t be too difficult, we can help you show the menu description.
Using the latest theme version, the logo right button link does not work. I enter the link in the back end, but the code just looks like:
