How can I include the subscription information directly into the user’s dashboard? Right now the user needs to go and search the subscription email they received when they subscribed and click on the subscription link, then it shows all the subscription information, but that’s the only way they can see all their information and be able to cancel.

You can delete the plugin via FTP in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce

How can I get the product description page to open within the listing page? Is this possible?
The user journey really breaks when the listing is clicked, the next page doesn’t look and feel like the listing page at all. I’d love for you guys to add the product description page inside the listing single page.

A listing can include many products so embedding them all we don’t think it would be a practical idea.

I have added sub-regions and used the drop-down to display them on the homepage under basic form filter. However, they do not show… It says “No results Found” when I try to select the sub-regions on the homepage.

On the basic form, the sub regions will display in another dropdown once you select a parent region. They are not shown together in the same dropdown
The sub-regions don’t display at all. I have set them to specific list type and the major regions to different list type. The major ones display but not sub regions

Make sure you have latest theme version installed. Try disabling 3rd party plugins in case any of them is causing the issue. If that’s not it please post a ticket on helpdesk.27collective.net

Is anyplan to add category with subcategories? I like theme but only because of this I am not able to take a decision.
Let’s say, I have 2 Category – Loan, Auto Care Example 1: I select ‘Loan’ Category then I can see subcategories as ‘Home Loan’, ‘Personal Loan’, ‘Education Loan’ so user can select multiple options based on there needs. Example 2: Other user select ‘Auto Care’ Category then I can see subcategories as ‘Car Repair’, ‘Car Types’, ‘Car Wash’ so user can select mutiple options based on there needs.
It will give more detail fexiblity to search, so I can search with Loan + Home Loan to just know who do home loans.

So I can replace ‘Places’ with ‘Business’ and Create categories and subcategories under each category and create listing.. Do you have any example ? or any documenation to do it? My Business case is simple, This is business listing website and I am business owner. I like to list by business on business listing website. I provide home loan and personal loan. I see category as Loan and then they have subcategories as ‘Home Loan’, ‘Personal Loan’, ‘Education Loan’. So I selected category as Loan and selected ‘Home Loan’, ‘Personal Loan’ (not selected education loan) and save my business. So one landing(home) page. User like to search business owner who doing home loan. so he will select Category as loan and subcategory as ‘Home Loan’ and see all listing related to it. or he will not select cany category and just search home loan then he will see all listing has home loan as subcategory or word in description of business listing.

“Places” is a listing type not a category.
You can edit or create new listing types, no limits there.
Categories are a single field (Taxonomy) that you can add to your listing types. If you see in our demos, we created “Places” listing type, then added categories such as restaurants, cinemas etc. Those categories can then have sub-categories, and sub-sub-categories. There’s no limit to the number of levels
Ok So I can make places as ‘Business’ as listing type and then Create Categories (Taxonomy) as Loan, Autocare,.... etc. So Is it possible to change tags based on Categories ,so say While registation of listing, if user selects Loan is Category (single selection) and tags will be ‘Home Loan’, ‘Personal Loan’ and user can select single ot multiple tags and if AutoCare is Category then tags will be ‘Car Service’, ‘Car Parts’ ?
And on Homepage – Search will be on Category + Tags + Description

Listing types can have their own categories/tags. Categories can’t have their own tags. Categories just like tags are taxonomies and can’t depend on each other

Importing can be done from CSV/XML file using WP all import plugin. No option to import directly from google maps
I upgraded to 2.7.2 why is relisting a listing no longer requires admin approval despite it specifically being set in the settings to require admin approval?
Also why when relisting a listing it doesn’t update the “posted date” to today, instead it leaves the original date in. This means anyone relisting a listing will remain at the bottom of the list.

When relisting a listing, if the user buys a new package then the listing will have status “Pending payment” until the order is approved.
If the user uses an existing package which they already paid for, the listing is published right away as it has already been approved once when it was initially posted.
This has not been changed on any recent update and has been the case all along
Customization request: I want to request customization. I want to put a button with Ripple Effect in the slider. I want this to appear on mobile as well.
