Active plugins: Yoast, Wordfence and Akismet. Disabling them doesn’t do the trick.

Please read TF support policy. We don’t have that issue on our demo website. Make sure that you have the latest theme version, all required plugins are up to date and you don’t have 3rd party plugin which can affect the work of the theme.
