Technically it might happen if you are using shared hosting which you have to shared limited server resources with hundreds websites.
I would recommend you to change to other reliable hosting especailly consider VPS hosting package instead of shared hosting.

VPS = Virtual Private Server which means you can use all server resources individually and you don’t have to share them with other websites unlike shred hosting.
We are running our theme demo sites on https://www.liquidweb.com/products/vps/ and it’s very reliable with almost 100% up-time for 5-6 years.
For the blue loading indicator you mentioned. You can disable the LoftLoader plugin to remove the preloader.

I just updated the grand restaurant theme. I had to because a Wordpress update made imposible to save any changes in the pages made with the old built-in content builder.
I have registered the theme but cant update some of the pluings (Grand Restaurant Theme Custom Post Type and Theme Elements for Elementor), I get a “not valid URL” error. Pictures in: https://imgur.com/a/QQZKPhb
Also the font-awesome 5 free icons (for facebook on the top bar) do not work, even when updated to the correct HTML in “template-socials.php”
