Fantastic theme, although I must say that every time I update the theme thumbnails of article won’t load at all and I have to understand if thumbnail re-generator works or not either.

They do not respond to an email. I had used my license on a domain and later deleted it. So I wanted to use it on a new domain, but then the message license already used on this domain comes up. However, that domain no longer uses that theme soledad. Very annoying if there is no response. So be warned?

Is your theme compatible with shopengine? I just recently bought the plugin and I am looking for a compatible theme.

We didn’t test the theme with that plugin. But, this theme works fine for most of all plugins, so I think there is no issue with this. Also, the theme already supports most of everything for Shop, so I think it’s not needed to use that plugin with our theme.

Hello! I cannot disable some social icons in the Social networks widget: I disable Twitter and Pinterest, but once I click on Save those checkboxes are still enabled. I also would like to disable Pinterest and Twitter from the social share at the end of the post (also for the preview in the archives). Thanks

Hi I just updated to last Soledad theme update and Penci slider not working anymore, it does not show images. Shows a graphic with a camera instead. It was working fine before this last update. All plugin updates are up to date, theme also.

I Purchased soledad theme a few years ago, but recently when I’m trying tu actívate General Shop it doesn’t work at all. When I try to customize shop from Customize page by wordpress it shows all white. I’ve already tryed deactivate plugins but nothing. Any suggestion or help? Thanks!

My site speed score before the update was:
GTMetrix: 100/100 Google page speed: 95/99
After the update it is:
GTMetrix: 78:98 Google page speed: 89/98
Is this decline supposed to be happening?

Hello, the Instagram Footer widget stopped working – when I try to choose the new access token as always, it leads me to a wrong URL: instead http://pencidesign.com/penci_instagram it leads to https://smashballoon.com/ and I don’t get my token!!? Please make sure you’re using the latest version 8.0.7 – if not, let update it by doing follow this guide – remember to do step 4 after updating the theme.
After that, connect to your Instagram account via Dashboard > Soledad > Connect Instagram.
Continue, remove the old Instagram widget and re-add widget “Soledad Instagram Feed” and config it.

Hi, thank you for your reply! I can not create a ticket as I do not support after 3 years of using this theme. I did everything as you told me but Soledad Instagram Feed is still not working as it should be. When I choose how many images and rows to be shown, nothing really happens. It always shows 4 rows and 5 images … I hope you can help me further? Thank you!

Hi, I just tried to install this theme, but encountered some problems. When I open the theme customizer, I need to load 35.75 seconds! And the header builder takes longer. Through the web console, I found that the theme customizer loaded some resources (including fonts) that we cannot access. Sorry, I am a user from China and we cannot use all Google services. Hi, there’s no dates in the change log so wondering how often the theme is updated? Also an fyi, on the item details page it says Transition Ready instead of Translation Ready. Cheers

First, normally our theme has at least an update per month. We’re not put the date in the update changelog because we have notice updates for all users purchased our theme via Dashboard.
And yes, It has the same meaning – language transition ready and translation ready – that mean you can use this theme for any language, translate all text on front-end to any language – even build a multiple languages site.
