We’ve just upgraded to Shopify 2.0 version but when the customer selects proceed to checkout there seems to be a big time delay for the checkout page to open.

Why aren’t any of the pages loading or any of the features loading that are part of the demo theme? No about us page, contact page, shopping page, etc. It should have been installed with the installation packet. Am I missing something here?
