I’ve found two bugs, I was trying to fix it for several days. Can you help?
1. Dropdown style is broken. I can’t find any dropdown on your your demo website. When dropdown is below it’s working good but not when dropdown is above Also it’s very hard to open it for the first time since clicking area is very small on mobile view

Hi, I have my site hosted on WP Engine and it won’t load at all…
I contacted support and they said it was an issue with the theme

When a plugin is updated, we will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with the next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

Hello, I had several issues with Dolcino theme. Some of them were already mentioned in this thread: - Importing Demo Content does not work 100%. It was importing several hours and not all the demo content was then available. - with WPBakery Page Builder I cannot create my own templates and insert on different pages. - WPBakery Page Builder: copy and paste functions for containers do not work. - WPBakery Page Builder: Frontend Editor is not available. - When I enable Preloading Animation the Website is extremely slowed down and sometimes refreshing takes forever (content is not displayed), - When will be an update available for Wordpress 5.8.1?

Usually demo import issues are related to weak resources and you can see our recommendations regarding those in this article Recommended PHP Versions And Resources And How To Set Them. Also, in case that you are using cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
For demo import please follow instructions from this article How To Import Demo Content Using The One-Click Demo Import Feature. On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

Fix for WPBakery Templates is added in latest version of WPBakery and you can submit a ticket at our Help Center and one of our support agents will provide you with latest plugin version.
We disabled WPBakery’s Frontend Editor by default and you can enable it by following instructions from this article – How To Enable WPBakery Frontend Editor.
Regarding Preloading Animation please check this article here. After the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.
Our dev team is working hard at the moment on updating all our themes. We don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however you can try using this plugin as a temporary solution if you run into issues with widgets on the latest WordPress version.

I need quick help today. This is not the first time I have had problems with your themes, namely importing demo content.
I have the Dolcino theme and importing with attachments doesn’t work. It was importing all night and it was 50%.
Can you help? With the XML file it doesn’t work either and the site crashes. I have the settings all right in the accommodation.
Help or else enter your backoffice and make the full import with attachments.

WPBakery Page Builder wont let me download templates, it says I don’t have a licence code
