Hi, I’ve deregistered domain before reinstall theme and now I can not register it again. I wrote the mail to support but no one answering. So, if You buy this theme You must be aware that You can not activate licence on the same domain when You deregister it. I understood blocking activation on another doman but on the same domain it is very odd. And of course I can not submit ticket because “Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.”

Hi I wanted to find out when the next release will occur? I use Elementor Pro on my website and Elementor is currently on version 3.4.3 although version 3.5.3 is already released? Elementor Pro is up to date but not elementor due to updates your theme makes…. Other than that great theme, awesome performance scores and great features!

I have a problem, about the activation purchase code of the theme

When I try to update the theme it failed.

And I checked the theme activation code, I got warnings like the below:

“You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Check your activations (E06)”

I just have one website. But I think our web developer before using this code for another website. How we can resolve this matter? Because I cannot contact our web developer that builded our website. Can we buy a new purchase code without changing any contents of the website? Please your suggestions.

I have a a code that will not work with my install.. It was originally installed to this domain but was over a year ago and it has not been working lately. i have not been able to update any plugins. The Gem looks like a great theme. Haven’t got it yet, but I’m hopeful and interested. My issue with all ThemeForest themes is how slow they load. I have bought three in the past and they all proved to be impossible to use. I have checked the comments and your documentation, and see that speed is also an issue with The Gem. What I am hoping for is a simple to understand method to make a site load as fast as The Gem does on Envato.

My intent is to use The Gem as it is, without adding a ton of plugins. The theme has all I need for my site.

I already optimize images and use third-party optimized video hosting.

So…

1. What do I need to do — out of the box — to ensure ultimate speed?

2. Are there any plugins, such as SEO, that ruin performance?

All I now plan to use are plugins for web security and Thrivecart for transactions. SEO would be an add-on, unless it slows things down.
