You should update since a lot of times I am getting a lot of errors after updating. Woocommerce and etc. My support is expired and I dont need to purchase another one. The theme is supported and we will continue to update it, however, at the moment we don’t have an ETA when the update will come out. The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.
Could you please let us know which PHP version are you using?
Also, please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

If you thing there is a bug within the theme you can contact us through this email, include your purchase code in the email, and our support agents will investigate.
When updating theme and bundled plugins we recommend following instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins. It is also important to update Qode Framework and Shoshin Core plugins which will be listed there.

Hi! I really like parallax showcase but it’s not clickable like a portfolio showcase in the demo, is this on purpose so it only acts as a show off page but the actual portfolio should be on a separate page? still looks stunning and your best theme yet, well done especially the font blending.

On Agency Home Page I can edit everything apart from the images that animate on hover. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Used theme on test site. since deleting test site i cant use on my new site. No way of deactivating.

When importing demo content it just sticks at 4%. how can I solve this please?

Is there any way to make pages fade in?

You can set the Enable Fade Out Animation to Yes, and enabling this option will turn on fade out animation when leaving page.
Regarding fade in animation, you can set the animation_type param for Slider to be fade in.

Unfortunately Vertical Split Slider and Scrolling parallax element don’t work well when placed on the same page. These two elements require to take up full screen of the page and they both have a scrolling animation which loops through the element so they work best individually.

Is it possible to change product image on mouseover on desktop? And on mobile to change at one click?
Also… is it possible sometimes change it for a preload video instead of an image?

You can either have Photo Swipe or Lightbox option for single product page images which will be applied for both desktop and mobile version. So there is not option to divide those to have different behaviour.
When it comes to product images, well it supports images, and video is not supported however you could upload a .gif file.

Within our product list you can only choose different layout regarding the info that will appear on hover and below the image, so there is not option to change the image on hover within our theme options for the product list.

Thanks for taking an interest! You should know that we recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.

Hey, great work! The theme looks awesome but there are some issues. I would’ve opened a ticket but the theme is not yet added to your support system.
The portfolio list component is not working properly. Using your demo import:
- Turning the “distort animation” setting off does not turn off the WebGL animations;
- Some of the images in the grid don’t load: “There are too many active WebGL contexts on this page, the oldest context will be lost.”;
- The filter/sorter is really really slow (on local environments even).
