I bought Jevelin theme for my customer before, but they want to change domain. Should I buy license again? If not, how can I re-registration license fot new domain?

No, you won’t need to purchase a new license. If you have activated your theme, the activation could be disabled after changing the domains. But you should be able to activate it again.

With a child theme you should be able to edit our HTML/CSS and JS, but as this is a WordPress theme it isn’t meant to run on websites that doesn’t use WordPress.

I have just purchased the theme, but it is not installing. It states ‘The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

I am not having issues editing the mobile version. The mobile version is still showing shuffleground in the footer. Even though there is only 1 footer which i have edited. Plus the ninja form is not working it says javascript is required

Do I have to buy one license for each site I build? Or is 1 license enough for unlimited sites i build?

In Themeforest for each standard license you can build only one site (you can transfer it later to another site, but the license can be active only at one site at the time). We have also extended license that can be used for unlimited sites.

Yes, you can upgrade to our latest version and everything should still work fine. Though updating to WPBakery page builder is a manual process and can’t be done automatically.

Thanks a lot for your answer above. Your theme is now updated for Wordpress 6.0 but what about Unyson if we still want to use it : isn’t it deprecated for Wordpress 6 and the future ?

It would be best to migrate to WPBakery page builder as most of our elements will work the same. Unfortunately Unyson development have been stopped for a while, but you can still use it if it works fine for you.

We tried to find the PSD for that section, but unfortunately we couldn’t get it. At the moment WPBakery page builder is our mail builder, we also support Elementor page builder, but our demo content isn’t available there.

hi, wocommerce – setting – payments – Direct bank transfer – Instructions, the content i filled in instruction not showing on thankyou page of the order.
Instructions that will be added to the thank you page and emails. It shows in the email of customers but not showing on thank you page. When i change the the theme to Twenty Twenty-Two, every thing is fine. But when i switch back to jevelin, the instructions no showing on thankyou page again. So i think it’s a bug of jevelin. how can i fix it?

There are so many bugs in your theme. First solve it then release any update. Look at my website at www.rajdhaniband.com it is at header 10 and still not showing my logo on deskstop, cant change its manu color on mobile and top header in dekstop.

hi, just disabled the parallax feature and the issue is now resolved. Not ideal as it would be nice to still have the parallax feature but this is better than nothing. The page in question was here – https://quirkandpartners.co.uk/finest/
Great to know that you managed to fix the issue. We are not sure what could be the cause of your issue, but for example in WPBakery page builder we have two parallax options, so at least one of them should work just fine.

We are aware on Unyson framework related issues. If you are not using Unyson page builder then under Jevelin dashboard there are an option to fully migrate to Redux framework which won’t have such issues.
