Hello, I can’t change anything in the Footer. For example, I changed the Copyright to “Esphera Digital © {YEAR}. All Rights Reserved”, but it stays as “Copyright © BDEXPERT 2022 All Right Reserved”.

Hi, the theme looks nice but I am frustrated trying to change the colour of the buttons. Three are at least 4 places between the theme and Elementor where it tells me that I can update button colours but none seem to work.

For example, how do I change the background colour of the “Get a Quote” button in the menu, to the right of the navigation?

It’s very frustrating. The documentation needs a lot of work.

There is no “Theme Options” button under the Appearance tab. The “uTech options” menu doesnt let me change the button colours and neither does Elementor Global settings.

Can you assist please?

I have 2 issue’s with UTECH theme, First of all the I cannot modify or create a Woo Commerce custom shop page with Elementor with the help of Jet Woo Builder is not working while the theme is active The message is Sorry the content are was not found in your page. From Elementor

And the second one is that I want to user Header Layout 2 but is forcing another topbar custom and the buttons are not showed, the cart one by example and is not working like OffCanvas one, Can you please check ? My website is marsproitsolutions.ro

Hi, The homepage logo menu icon and footer in mobile version are not being displayed properly. Also ‘Home’ link is appearing blue in demo site whereas its different in website. Can you please check? I used ‘Home V1’.

I am reaching out because we have a problem on your theme UTECH.

Changes we make through Elementor do not go to the site in a timely manner and are displayed differently. The change we made in the editor appears to be normal, but it turns out to be dysfunctional or incorrect on the site.

In addition, when we want to copy a section, the copied content appears normal in the editor, but loses the css settings on the original site.

When we contacted the hosting company, they said that this problem was caused by the theme provider. And they shared that maybe there might be a version difference.

I have a problem showing the menu on the home page

Good morning, I am interested in your template for a website that I am going to make, but I have certain doubts that I would like you to support me before purchasing it. I will use your template to renew a website of a client who currently has his wordpress website, I already have access to CPANEL and Wordpress Dashboard but I have certain problems. 1. Since the website they currently have they never gave any maintenance updates if I want to access the dashboard I have to first enter cpanel and rename the plugins folder with the name “oldplugins” and so the menu of login being able to access the wordpress dashboard. But when I do this, if a user visits the website, it will appear that it is not functional and for it to be seen again I have to rename the plugins cpanel folder as it was. (If when installing your template this problem that cpanel has interfered?) 2. Is there a way to make a backup of the current website which you can view as it would need both information it contains such as structure, images, texts, page sections, etc. (I want to avoid installing your template and not being able to see the previous website to get information that I need). Additional doubts: • The requirements that require me to have the hosting, I would like to know if I have them and if I do not have them if you could support me by doing them or what should be modified or done in your case. • Does the template come with any installation, modification and use manual? • In case of a template functionality problem, do you offer technical support and solve it? • For the correct functionality of the plugins that are installed, a plugin from you is needed to update them or only manually by clicking on the update icon.

I purchased your uTech Theme/Kit. It installed without any errors. Then I installed the demo for version Home V3. I also copied the uTech_Optioins.json file as specified by your help documentation. However, my site is not showin the same as the demo page. It’s empty, and the CSS seems to be broken. I am using BlueHost wordpress hosting.
