Love the theme but unfortunately it seems to block API requests to WooCommerce, which is advertised as compatible and accepted. The WooCommerce in-built API is affected by the theme. Switching to another theme immediately resolves this.

I’ve raised a ticket a few days ago in your support forums but haven’t yet had a reply. Is it possible to urgently chase this up please?

This is not available. Basic form is horizontal and it would not be suitable to add checkbox filter, so it’s not available

I have a question about the add listing process. It seems like when adding a listing there are no process based on unique url’s.

So when adding a listing you go to add-listing page and, 1. Choose a type 2. Choose a price 3. Fill in the form

All these are different pages but on the same URL. This makes it hard to setup a funnel to see where customers drop of and several other limitations.

Also, we can not add elementor object on these pages, individually. Example, we have most of our customers to drop of at the form-page (probably) and we really would like to add some elementor objects to this page.

Can this be solved in any way?

All these are part of the same widget, this can’t be changed.

You can show elementor content in inner steps but it would be the same content for all steps as it’s the same page

I tried to put an embed iframe code in Listing Types > Place > Fields > Add a new Wp Editor (Shortcode & Advanced Controls enabled).

Then I put the iframe code on that field when adding listing, but the iframe is gone (the field returns to empty) when the listing is updated/posted.

Have tried putting that iframe to a post and it’s working.

Is this a bug?

I don’t know the reason of your ban, however the facebook group has its own rules and mods and members can be banned if they fail to follow them.

As per group rules: Membership to this group is not guaranteed even if you have a MyListing license.

Group moderators reserve the right to deny access to, or remove people from this group if they see necessary.

Hello, I wasn’t able to find it but is it possible to show on the explore page ALL the listings on the map and just some of them in the results? For mobile views it works fine there is just the map and all the listings but for the desktop the map is always limited based on the “search”. But if there is no search I need to show all the listings not limited by the number of listings in the results… Thank you.

This is not possible (to separate the results from map). You can set number of results in theme options > Explore, however the more you show at once, the greater the impact on speed, so it’s not recommended to show all if you have a lot of listings.

It has been 3 days since I used the theme. I faced many bugs. 1. the category does not show in add list page. 2. I deleted the listing type and created new one and suddenly the new one cant shown in add listing 27. After that I asked 27collective on themoforest and their support system and no one answered me. Then I deleted everything and start again. Suddenly, after creating every thing again when you go on add listing page and click on on of the listing nothing opens. I am still waiting for the support I payed for!!!!!!!
