Please follow our theme documentation to edit the footer. There you will find the theme option for the footer.
To change the header color you need to use custom css for that. If you need the css then please open ticket in our support system we will give you the css.

Hello. We been trying to install the demo, currently using WordPress 9 and the home page does not look proper. We tried rolling back to WP 5.9 and installing demo on different servers and still same issue. We need assistance as our technician says the issue is the demo import on your server for this theme. You need to use wpml widget in that area. Right now it is static if add widget it will remove from settings

Saying “thousands of users” open ticket suggests that I am doing something different than what is instructed. about the site url, I literally copied it from the plugin as you asked. Maybe you should have put clarifying instructions on your support site. I did as instructed I’m not an idiot.
I shortened the url and used just my website address. You will have to ask me for it in a reply to the ticket if you want the full url.
