your theme is totally unstable, and you released it and then your support team is not replying for like 3 days what’s the use of 6 months support then? i have given you 5-6 bugs in your theme and still there is no update released

I hope you stay calm, things take time to sort out and make it better. Our team is working hard to make Kalles more stable and update soon. The update will affect other customers, so we will try to aggregate existing issues to update in a new version. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund and we will accept it.

i think you are too calm even when someone tells you the bugs in your theme

and First of all tell me why do you keep telling me that i can claim a refund and you would accept it? i already know that you don’t need to tell me. if i wanted a refund i would have claimed it before you telling me but that’s not why i purchased the theme.

but that doesn’t mean i cant give my feedback and ask you to develop it properly as iam the customer using it and iam sure you know that customer feedback makes your product better.

and regarding the update iam sure you don’t ask every customer if you should release a new update or not you just release the update and the person who wants to update would download and update it and the person who doesn’t want to update would not update it

AS SIMPLE AS THAT

so there is is no point about other customers as most of them would be facing same issues of unstable them right? an update will be an improved version so its better for everyone you should understand that and be agile enough so that everyone can work on their website smoothly

Is your theme compatible with ShopEngine? If yes, i may consider buying it for my Site.

Most of the features of that plugin are already available in the theme so no need to install 3rd plugin, it will take up a lot of your server resources. Best regards!

i have already selected the theme while creating the ticket so why do i get shopify answers instead of woocommerce?

this way you are just wasting time and the 6 months free support would be of no use if you keep wasting each day for such silly things

why dont you consider adding different visual hooks and provide Html box for writing them?

like on single product page user can add something before every product description gets started (but in the description box only) and after evert product description is over so the user dont have to do it on every product but have to do it only once and maybe also exclude some products or categories of products to show it or just show on some specific categories and products.

Hey I have a query about one feature in your theme which is the currency switcher. I want to choose INR as the default store currency but there is no country flag for that currency appearing and also there are no flags for some other currencies as well and on them by default US flag appears. So could you please explain how to fix this issue?

there is no option to have different colors of button when hover, cant change the color of add to cart and buy now button hover color it just fades the actual color
