HI… I am trying to activate theme for one of our domain but it says it is registered with another domain. The domain that it was registered for is no longer in use.
When I try to submit the problem it comes up with message as support has expired but this is about de-registration of the code from the theme and not the support over the theme.
You are requested to look into this.

To add, the creatives in the templates are not configurable differently for Mobile and Web and automatic scaling is breaking the experience.

I bought this template this morning. OMG after hours, the setting was done but still I could’nt use any of the demo page which was presented. The assets are there, I can use the widgets as part of slider revolution but not the full demo page.
The tutotrial is okayish but to incomplete or with errors (I think it is related to a different product).
I’m starting to give up and I think I will use elementor only. Can I get my money back?

When you purchase a WordPress theme, it’s important to note that you also receive a license for using the theme – and each installation requires a separate license. Therefore, with the Regular license you purchase with our theme, you can use the said theme only on a single website or a domain. If you wish to use this theme on 2 domains, you’ll have to purchase 2 licenses.
With the demo import, you have an option to import all pages that you can see on our live demo (not just the landing page).

Hi, I have a small issue. There is no way to translate the search text in header for searching.
I have translated everything with loco, but the search text next to the icon is not translated, neither is the placeholder text in the search overlay.

There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site’s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed.
Our built-in SEO is a basic search engine optimization to get you going. However, if you want to go more in depth, especially in regards to social sharing etc. we recommend using an SEO plugin. So when it comes to Yoast SEO this plugin will in no way cause conflicts with the existing SEO fields, but override them.

I bought and downloaded a template from your website. However, I have a big problem. We are using the template for renewal our web page then, it is struggling with some problems. We installed the plug-in and worked step by step but it made some problem so we even can’t go back to the first time when we downloaded the template.
We delete the template and reinstalled many times but still there are problems. How can we go back to the first situation. I think the best way for fixing this problem is going back to first situation when we download the template. Please help me. My due day is the last day of November for finishing this work but I couldn’t do anything due to those errors.

My support recently expired but I just wanted to let you guys know that WebOn Potfolio is not working properly on WordPress version 5.8.2
While I have added a new Project and it is visible and published it does not show it online. Only as admin i can check it.

As for archive pages, those pages are different than other pages, they have a predefined layout and for Portfolio Archive you can set some options under WebOn Core Options > Portfolio > Portfolio List.

Hi! So I am not going to be liked because of this post but I am livid. I have multiple themes from QODE and I never use support. I am implementing this one and I am having an issue with exporting and importing the JSON template. I tried to put in a ticket, but it wont let me put it in because my support has expired? Even if that is true, these themes cost way too much to have a basic issue not even have a way to ask for assistance. I would understand if I was asking for custom work, but this should be standard. Honestly, this is offensive. Please let me know if you know what I am referring to and willing advise. Thank you.

Thank you! No, I am not referring to the demo import as that has been well talked about. I am referring to exporting an Elementor json template of a page built with WebOn from a staging environment, onto the live site. Multiple WebOn modules will not export. This is normally done by exporting the json and importing to the template system of Elementor.
In regards to your reply, Thank you! I understand about the support, but to me, this is not technical support, this is either a bug, or hopefully an article on your knowledge-base. My issue is that I couldn’t even send this private, where I pointed out the exact issues, urls, and steps from the purchase code. I have never seen a contact system reject the ability to contact the support team if the support expired. Where we could even talk about purchasing more support. Honestly, I own so many Qode themes, I don’t think I will ever purchase or recommend again based on this experience.
Would you prefer I email the issue to your email, go back and purchase support, or continue this here?

Such an option, unfortunately, does not exist within the theme. Achieving this would require changes in template files, which is not included in item support, sorry about that.
You can search for a 3rd party plugin for this. Please note that we have not tested every available plugin and cannot guarantee compatibility with all 3rd party plugins available.
