Hi Before buying your theme I want to know if Is it possible to do this scenario: 1- the job seeker can creat his profile: Cameraman, producer, writer, makeup artist….... and each profile must open an account and fill in their CV and their informations (adresse, sociales networks, phone number, skills)....
2- The employer looking for these profiles can access the website by registering on the form dedicated to employers. The database of profiles will not be visible on the home page of the website for general public but it will be reserved only for employers registered on the website. the employer must access his account to search for profiles, using a filter (by profession, city, country, spoken language, etc.)
3- The employer will be able to pay an annual subscription to access the profiles of the candidates Salutations
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, Well for the job seeker to create their own profile you will need to have the resumes manager plugin which comes with the candidates dashboard where they can include their CV.
Well, when it comes to employers accessing the candidates information, this is widely open for any user unless you use a visibility plugin to hide information from the employers as they access the candidates profiles.
As for paying an annual subscription to view candidates profiles, the theme does not facilitate this but instead it allows the employer to pay a fee to post job listings onto your site. This is facilitated by the WC Paid Listings and WooCommerce subscription plugins.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Pre sale questions
1. The search bar can it be configure to only use Keywords and Location like https://www.adecco.com.au/ or https://www.hays.com.au/home ?
2. Do you support OpenStreetMap instead of Google Map?
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, well, it is indeed possible to hide the categories search filter to remain with keyword and location in this case.
As for the openstreet map feature we currently do not support this feature as of yet but we will add it to our feature request list in order for it to be considered in the future.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

I set up the theme with the default settings. My client said that when applicants upload their resume & cover letter using the modal, it sometimes closes and they’re losing their work.
Is there a way to disable the modal and put the fields and uploaders on a page instead?
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, unfortunately that would not be possible with the default functionality of the theme. Instead you can use the WP Field Editor plugin that will help you add a custom field to the form and design it as you have said here. That way it would be much helpful. To further check if this is something theme related would you please share with us a footage of how this happens?
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Thanks for your quick response.
It happens when someone applies for a position. A model popup appears with contact fields, a resume upload, and cv upload. On the phone you have to scroll to upload the items in the pop-up modal which is very difficult to do (even on a desktop). If the modal pop-up closes accidentally your progress is sometimes lost and sometimes isn’t. Having two uploads in a modal also makes you lose progress, too, if a file is large or doesn’t upload for some reason.
The pop-up can sometimes close on you, too.
It happens when applying for a job.
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Hi, I have some questions before buying this theme: 1)can people free to add their job needed on this theme? 2) can worker paye plans to view job posted by people ? 3) can people review and rank worker? 4) can worker have notifications on their mobile phone like WhatsApp for new job posted by category of job ? Thanks
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here,
1)can people free to add their job needed on this theme?
Yes it is possible to provide free plans for users to add listings. To provide free posting of listings you do not nee the Paid Listings plugin but for paid packages for posting a listing you will need the plugin.
2) can worker paye plans to view job posted by people ?
Well this works in terms of charging those who post the job listings and not those who view them. So workers or candidates are not charged to view jobs listings.
3) can people review and rank worker?
Unfortunately, we do not have a functionality to provide reviews for job listings at the moment.
4) can worker have notifications on their mobile phone like WhatsApp for new job posted by category of the job ?
Yes the candidates can receive notifications of new job listings posted via a job category through the newsletter or having installed the resumes manager plugin to support email notification for candidates.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

woocomerce regarded as heavy plugin so if i dont need the shop can i disable woocommerce?
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, Well, we do not recommend you disabling the Woocommerce plugin as it is a required plugin for the theme’s functionality. We suggest that you keep it intact on your site and look for ways to hasten your site functionality or speed.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

There is a function when a candidate buys a subscription and can see premium vacancies. The premium vacancy is assigned by the admin. I need the user to pay by subscription for viewing premium vacancies (high salary, convenient schedule, close to home and others,)
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, well that exact functionality is not possible to achieve with the theme without involving custom work. Usually you can use the WP Paid listings to add plans or packages that an employer can use to add job listings but we do not have one for candidates yet.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hi, I had previously bought this item in the past and may need it for another website. It had an issue loading markers on mobile (android / chrome). The map loaded blank and you had to refresh the page in order to view them. Has this been resolved?
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, our developers are working on this issue, as a matter of fact it could have already been resolved and awaiting to be released in a new version of the theme. Should this happen we will let you know sooner.

Hi,
I’m working on a client site that uses Jobify. We are on the most recent update of Jobify and WP. Our job map shows up on my laptop, both when logged out in incognito mode and when logged in in regular mode. On other people’s devices, however, it just shows as a grey rectangle.
How can we fix this? Is there any documentation we can follow?
Best, Jake
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, we have noticed this issue from our end as well and I have gone ahead and reported it to our developers team as the map seems to be working on some browsers while on some it does not.
I will update you once we get a fix on this matter.

Hi! My Jobify Theme seems to be broken (critical error, style file missing). Where can I download a clean one, knowing that I already bought the theme (last year) ? Thanks by advance
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, if you already bough this theme then you just need to log into your Envato or themeforest account and then go to the your accounts or downloads section via this link:https://themeforest.net/downloads
From there you will notice a the theme on the dashboard and you just have to click on the download button.

Hi, I upgrade from 2.0.4.7 to lastest version. But, it doesn’t work properly. Especially, problem is at the content of single job. I think, old version didn’t consist of content-single-job_listing-meta.php . Then, some entry-content is shown at page-subtitle section. How can I solve it? Secondly, your lastest version does not consist of double user role registration, employer and candidate, whereas old version can do it. Could you help me, please? Best Regards
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
I would be happy to check this out for you. Usually that version is quite old and there are a couple of changes that have been made. We can not however provide support to do custom coding changes at all. Also make sure that you are not using WordPress 5.9 a we have not upgraded to this version yet.

Hello,
We would like to set up a website (for a non-profit organization) to connect potential interns to companies that could welcome them for an internship.
In a way, it would be like people posting their resume and recruiters could select one or several of them:
Each potential intern should fill an application form (with personnal info, several questions about their studies and documents to provide like ID card); and then if selected they should be associated to a internship supervisor paticipating to the program. Interns should have an access to their application info and be able to follow the process.
Each intership supervisor should fill some info too (about their company, the internship dates and hours, if they can supervise one or several interns…) and have a personnal access to their data, follow the process and be able to see their intern(s) info.
We should be able to translate to website (and the jobs board) as the intern are young and don’t speak necessarily English.
It would be great as well to print the internship agreement directly from the website and to export the potential interns and the supervisors database in CSV, but we can developp an ad hoc module for these 2 points.
Do you think that your template (eventually adding some third part component) could do the trick ?
Thank you for your answer!
Hope you’re doing well and thanks for reaching out.
With respect to your query here, well basically the Jobify theme only works as a Job directory site whereby the site admin and other users can post available jobs in the derectory.
When it comes to application they can either use the inbuilt form or redirect them to an external URL where they can apply the job. All candidates/interns in yours+ case are presented with the their profile or dashboard. Supervisors or employers are able to vie the candidates who have signed up onto the site as well.
The theme can also be translated using various methods and plugins that are supported. When it comes to printing an agreement this would only be possible if you use a third-party plugin.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!

Hello. Congrats for the amazing theme!
I want to show the featured images in blog page , currently your theme just shows title and few line of posts in blog page, but I need to include featured image as well.
Can you please help me to do that?
Many thanks
Hello! Will the support reply? Thanks
Hope you’re doing well and sorry for the delay.
With respect to your query here, unfortunately the theme is built to have such a design in the blog page. Changing it to have a featured image section is something that would require customizations to the theme’s code. Hope you’re doing well and sorry for the delay.
With respect to your query here, firstly it is possible to have the apply button redirect to an external URL by inserting that URL in the Job Listing on the backend of your site.
Making the apply button sticky is not something that can be achieved with the theme’s default functionality. You would have to implement some code to achieve that. Similarly adding this button on the search page is not something that can be done by default with the theme. The button is only found in the single Job listing template.
Hope this helps. If I can be of any further help, please let me know!
